I have a high-pressure expensive test in a couple of hours. Most of it should be easy, but there are some hard ones, and just a few mistakes is a fail. It's now required to maintain my residency, and that's fairly high stakes for me.
If anyone thinks they can spare a prayer, it'd be much appreciated!

Just saw this, Rus, but you have my prayer!

Please pray for the Lord to have mercy on my family and for their hearts to be filled with love for Him. They're all in real need. What saint is good to pray for regarding family matters? Maybe St. Joseph?

I have also said prayers tonight to my co-worker Juliana. She has a bad case of Crohn's.

I too have been going through some dark times lately, but I can win it soon if I'm bold.

St. Varus is one who is often asked to pray for unsaved family members.

I'd never heard of him. I think I have prayed for Saint Monica too, St. Augustine's description of her afflictions while he was a Manichean was astonishing!

I'm glad our priest explained recently about St. Phanorios' mother.

I had thought he was mostly an intercessor for lost (misplaced) items. I had a VERY surprising thing happen when I asked him to pray for me regarding that. It was one of the first times is had asked for prayers of a Saint. It got my attention ... I didn't know at the time about the custom (at least in our jurisdiction) of baking bread as a matter of thanks.

Within the next two weeks, I have six major exams that can make or break my grades and then, assuming I pass them, I will have to take boards (which determines whether or not I get to start in the position I've been offered). So, no stress or anything (I am more stressed out than I recall being in years). Any and all prayers are appreciated. I cannot afford to fail.

Thank you all! I got a fairly decent grade on the exam today. I'm so relieved. Now, I have to continue to study, as I have three exams on Friday (one of which is in Pharmacology- which is the bane of my existence), one on Monday, and a critical comprehensive final next Friday (which is the one I'm most worried about now as my grade on that exam can affect my final grade in a major way). Any and all continued prayers are greatly appreciated.

I did well on my three exams this past Friday and the one I had on Monday. I have a cumulative final this Friday, so please remember me in your prayers again, if you would. I have to pass this one, or all the rest will have been in vain. I don't understand how a course can be set up like this, but it is what it is.
