I didn't know RINO was off limits. I assumed I coined DINO (or heard it in distant forgotten memories). As such, I'd assume it hasn't been ruled on. But, it would be consistent to rule against it. Nevertheless, without a distinct previous ruling, I'd call it "grandfathered in".

Moving Biden out means to suggest he step down, due to his age and obvious increasing infirmity. Haven't you been following this? It's all over the news, but there is a cross section that is fighting the idea of trotting in Gavin Newsom, claiming that Harris is the logical next choice, and that anyone who sidesteps her must be racist and sexist.

They are his team, Biden's handlers. They have to direct him where to walk and what to do half the time.

We shall see if he runs, but I doubt it. The irony is palpable, as they will only trot out an old white man while claiming to stand for diversity. Everyone is fully aware that Kamala Harris will never be elected as the candidate, but if Biden could work it like last time, he could get elected and hand it over to her.
