Since the day the article came out about the KY catholic kids I have had a hard time trusting any articles.
And now you know why Johns-Hopkins , the World Economic Forum, all the participants at Event 201 agreed that in order to push their agenda, they must control the narrative. 2020 has been a media driven event much in the way anything is sold to the public on a mass scale. Kinda like when vhs flooded the market while the better beta lost out. Truth suffers at the hands of propaganda.

I am convinced that but for the internet and social media no one would have noticed Chinese Coronavirus. It would have been a rough flu year and little more, much like Asian Flu in 1957 (100k US deaths which is 220k with today's population) or Hong Kong flu in 1968 (similar numbers). What we're seeing is just how dangerous the internet can be as a tool of control. Gone are the days of the internet being a sea of free speech and alternative news.

The internet died about 23 years ago when advertisers suddenly decided it would be a great platform and instead of being an open gathering place for people of every nation with mutual interests and hobbies, it became a tool for profiteers and those with agendas to push, self proclaimed overlords of the net, growing fat on the data of others.

There's nothing wrong wifh advertising. If the internet can't make money then it has no reason to exist. In fact it can't exist in any capacity because no one would invest in something that doesn't earn a profit.

It existed quite well when the only modest fee was for a website. No one was interested in high-jacking it to make a buck.

Believe me, someone was making money.
Who? The service providers and those who collected fees for websites than turned themselves into internet overlords? I doubt Sir Tim's WWW concept of open and free information was all about profit.

Everyone is motivated by profit.

Not always especially beyond your borders.
It is pure fantasy to believe that people aren't motivated by profit. It's why there are marketplaces all over the world. It's why there is trade the world over.

What may not be foolishness but mere delusion from truth is that not all fall into that category. Were it not so we wouldn't have had the original followers of Jesus let alone many since.
