Need help finding a bible story(love story)

Hello I was told to read in the bible. It was a love story about gomer and hosea. I beleive those are the right names. so if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. thank you or any other encouraging storys or love storys that would give me support through being seperated from my wife. thanks again

Hosea 1-3.

It's a story where the prophet is told to act out how God has treated Israel. Israel is compared to a adulterer or a prostitute because she "went after other gods," the way a woman might go after other men. Hosea is told by God to get himself a wife who is a prostitute -- a shameful thing -- and so he does. Then the woman leaves him and returns to her lifestyle, and then Hosea goes to get her back again -- the way God has had to deal with Israel.

I thought at first you were looking for love stories, so I had to delete what I wrote; you meant that would help you. I had written song of soloman but that is not about a marriage in crisis - it's a love story between Christ and the church some believe. One encouragment I'd like to give you is that Jesus too is heartbroken for his bride, the gentiles and Jews. But the story ends good.
