Do you have evidence that God created the earth ex nihilo?
What is it? a plasma cloud? microwave background? ion trail? time crystals? anything? anything at all?
Then ditto for ex materia.Who said anything about "ex nihilo"?
That is correct: You have no evidence God created.Belk said:Your statement was you have no evidence God created.

That is correct: You have no evidence God created.
God did not use science when He created the universe.
He used a series of miracles over a six-day period that raised the level of mass/energy in the universe from zero to its current level.
Anyone asking for evidence of that doesn't understand science, IMO.
That doesn't make any sense. No one uses science to do things. Science is an intellectual tool of human creation used to find out how things were done.God did not use science when He created the universe.
God did not use science when He created the universe.
Isn't that what I said? God is no exception in this case.No one uses science to do things.
No, its a belief.That's because it's not science -- it's history.
Ya ... science is myopic.Nope.
Which came first? the event, or the belief in the event? No, its a belief.
Belief do not require facts or real events.Which came first? the event, or the belief in the event?
You dont understand even the most basic things about science. Ignorance is not a virtue.Ya ... science is myopic.
Ignorance is only one step down from being well-educated in the myopic. You dont understand even the most basic things about science. Ignorance is not a virtue.
Fortunately, science isn't defined by your opinion.Anyone asking for evidence of that doesn't understand science, IMO.
And the point you think you are making is... ?Ignorance is only one step down from being well-educated in the myopic.
It's actually quite a good sentence. It is grammatically correct. There are no spelling or typing errors. It has a nice rhythym to it. And, this is the important bit, it sounds as if it might mean something profound. That is, seemingly, AV's modus operandi: throw out superficially catchy phrases that will fool some of the audience some of the time. And you and I (and a bunch of others) are not his target audience. And the point you think you are making is... ?
Then test my opinion.Fortunately, science isn't defined by your opinion.
It's what is often called a 'deepity' - something that is superficially true or logical, but lacks any interesting substance. It's actually quite a good sentence. It is grammatically correct. Genesis is a myth, one of many creation stories. Then test my opinion.
Ask for evidence of something that occurred in Genesis 1, and see if you get it.
If not, perhaps science needs to recognize its limitations?
