again we just had a camp spread to 82 children I believe it was it's nonsense.

What age? If spread is less in children, it's only younger children. Certainly not high school. Also, school as it normally operates is a fairly extreme situation, as it puts large numbers of people together. If spread in children is a fraction of adults, but still non-zero, school could still be an issue.

One way to mitigate that would be for one teacher to teach all subjects to the same group of kids all the time, and bring lunch to the classroom. That way if there is a spread, the number of people involved is minimized. I'm not sure whether it's practical. It would have to be coordinated with buses and other things.

Not a good sign. Is there a difference between an overnight camp and a school? I'd think similar precautions would work, though you've got to wonder whether the kids actually wore masks in cabins where they were going to sleep. Not to mention meals. 24 hour camps are going to be more challenging than schools, though there are surely many similarities.

True, but classes could be worse, 6 hours in a classroom close proximity little to no airflow?

Masks can help you stop the virus

A recent Washington University study concluded that 33,000 American lives could be saved over the next 3 months if 94% of the population were to wear masks outside their homes!

Apparently that is a price this President and his followers are more than willing to pay, rather than suffer the indignity of wearing masks in public!

So much for the conservative ProLife position that all human life is sacred and a gift from God!
Preachers ignoring the pandemic? What the heck are you talking about? Every church I know of has either curtailed services in favor of streaming or have greatly limited their services! All those I see holding services are practicing at least social distancing! My Church has that and temperature monitoring, the advice to wear a mask, if coughing stay home, advice about personal hygiene etc. Your little cartoon exhibits a blatant hostility towards Pastors and their Churches with, to me, no basis in fact! Churches are threaten with being closed down by government official, with being fined and even threaten with jail time for not obeying their mandates while left wing protestors who are the groups actually not practicing even the basic concept of social distancing are allowed to roam around hugging, holding hands and breathing on each other freely with no consequences!

Campers are all between 7-14 years old and staff between 16-22, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. That’s about 18% of the 362 camper and 118 staff members, the publication said.

The YMCA says this situation happened despite careful planning and adherence to safety guidelines laid out by leading health experts and mandated by the state, 11Alive reported.

School is about 10x more intense than a restaurant. Kids are there from 8 to 3, they eat lunch in crowded cafeterias, the hallways are crowded. lots of laughing, screaming, and talking. Typical school will have a thousand to two thousand kids and adults. Schools don't have an HVAC system that can filter out a virus. Most of these kids will have brothers and sisters who are also in schools. So a kid who gets infected in a JHS will infect their sibling in HS, or elementary school, etc.

None of them, which had an honest account of the number of COVID-19 cases.

Here is a school that opened back up.

.

well thats what I'm saying, the numbers being seen in the states, especially florida and such that are trying to re-open schools even with lower risk isn't going to help. Florida is set to reopen in a few weeks.

So the multiple churches with high death counts from early in the pandemic were all a hoax?

On March 15 NY closed their school system statewide, there were a total of 3,622 cases nationwide, with NY having the most. (NY had 740 cases)

July 11th we have 3,500,000 cases nationwide. (NY has 426,000)

by

September we could have 7,000,000 if we continue with this growth rate and (NY might have 1,000,000)

The claim is that the virus is spiking period! The point you and your little cartoon make is that Preachers are ignoring the pandemic but according to a recent article from ABC News, not exactly friendly to Christians, "The vast majority of these churches have cooperated with health authorities and successfully protected their congregations." That surely pokes holes in your condemnations of Pastors and Churches!
They also suggest that "Crowded bars and house parties have been identified as culprits in spreading the coronavirus. Meat packing plants, prisons and nursing homes are known hot spots." No mention in your little cartoon about those situations!!!

If you are going to make such claims, post a link to the source.

Otherwise, it is only you quoting you.

Too numerous to post, it's better now, though if we have another lockdown maybe not, but there was almost weekly news of a church leade defying stay at home order and getting sick, or the congregation, there many outbreaks have been linked to churches. Most yes are obeying, but there is still many that arn't.

My wife and I attended a local church that remained open, even after the governor ordered churches closed, and there were no problems.

If you are going to make claims here, be prepared to back them up, or you should not be making them.

Some on this thread have called me a "lair", and a "fraud", and someone deceived by "conspiracy theories". I will refrain from doing likewise.

well first off there is that majour one in south korea, not the states, but the best example where like 40% of south korean cases were linked to one church.

Pastor Who Defied Social Distancing Dies After Contracting Covid-19, Church Says

Killed by a virus he thought had been overhyped

Coronavirus at California church: 180 people exposed on Mother's Day

this one isn't about them defying I don't think, but shows the dangers.

A choir decided to go ahead with rehearsal. Now dozens of members have COVID-19 and two are dead

Two died in the story above, so both must have died of COVID-19? Right?

One of my local funeral homes was told to code all deaths, except traffic accidents, and gunshot wounds, as COVID-19.

Therefore, almost all people that now die of natural causes, are coded as COVID-19.

The video below reveals how the numbers are being manipulated.
