Jesus was presented with baptism to show his faith. That was my point. There are trillions or more humans that never were presented with a "be baptized to show your allegiance to God and defy Satan" ordinance.

I'm not sure how Jesus' baptism relates to what I said. But sure I see your point. Jesus was baptized to fulfill the law.
Yes, and remember that he was still under the law and the Old Covenant!

There are things not even God can do, as would be not consistent with His nature and divine attributes!
Correct, as written, He can not approve of any sin or wickedness , and he hates anyone whose heart is full of perversity. This is His Word, and cannot change, as also He cannot change ever.

So any one who has even been saved by him, would always be by the same way!

Well, we hope so.

God never takes our free will away from us though , except when as written in His Word "He gave them over to believe their own delusions" , and so on.

He GUARDS HIS OWN WORD, more than even HIS OWN NAME.

When He Says His Own Word NEVER changes, He would become (heaven forbid) a liar and a hypocriet if ever His Own Word Did Change.

God is omnipotent, so of course he can.

We do not have absolute free will, as we are all bound and enslaved to the sin nature to some degree!

I do not see why we should suppose that God's word in baptism necessarily produces faith in the infant who is being baptized.

Because God's word does not return to Him void, it accomplishes what He has set it forth to do. He has declared what Baptism is and does, and He makes good on His word.

God can not make any exceptions though in regards to salvation, correct?

He can raise up children of Abraham from mere stones. So yes, He can save whoever and however He so wishes. Which is why it isn't our place to judge, only God can judge. Our place is to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

God's Law, God's Instruction, IS THE MARK OF GOD.
Take away from God's Law, God's Word, and He takes away the blessing in His Word.
Add to God's Law, God's Word, and HE ADDS THE PLAGUES .... to those who changed His Word.

CORRECT.

He NEVER contradicts Himself, His Word, His Plan nor His Purpose.

God can not make any exceptions though in regards to salvation, correct?

Men , and religion, contradicts God's Word, and opposes Him every day.

The basis of salvation never changes, and the method its applied to save us does not change...

Then the thief on the cross did not receive salvation, even though the Son of God said to him, "Today you will be with Me in paradise".

The power is in the Gospel, as one hears and believes in Jesus to save them.... As to be old enough to respond to what they hear!

So small children and those with severe learning disabilities are incapable of being saved?

Do you believe that preaching likewise always produces faith in the hearers?

No, as I would hold that God has decided to apply directly Himself the saving Grace of the Cross of Christ towards such as those!
