Agreed.Sins are never acceptable.
Agreed.
But can I say this?
I checked...you're a man.
Men do not understand what it means to be carrying a baby inside. They don't understand child birth and they don't understand raising children. This might have changed in this modern era...
Even though I don't agree with abortion, I DO understand why some women might want one.
Cute avatar. Some pro-lifers say that abortion is okay in the case of rape or incest. But this logic doesn’t make sense because they believe life begins at conception. To kill an unborn baby who is the product of rape or incest is like killing a 2-year-old because his father was a rapist or pervert.
Is that what I said? Why does someone have to be a woman to understand that abortion is wrong?

So many people want those babies to come to mothers who don't want those babies . . . what could possibly go wrong?
By all means, please cite your source of information.I think I get your point...
Actually, child abuse has gone UP since abortion on demand became law. I think the stats could be checked...
It's because of disrespect for life.
That would not be abortion then, now would it. The baby has already died. For me and my house abortion is never acceptable.
Can't.By all means, please cite your source of information.
The word abortion has come to be understood as voluntary.Actually, yes it is, or it's called induced early labor to abort the fetus. There is also "spontaneous abortion" that the woman's own body might perform. But it's still abortion. A woman cannot carry a dead fetus without suffering serious consequences.
So it was a speculative prediction.Can't.
I read about this many years ago during a trial in NYC about a couple that had abused a child that died due to the abuse.
The article stated that as respect for life is lowered, there will be more abuse,,,thus abortion does not lessen it even though o ly those who really want children will have them.
I've thought about this a lot actually. While it seems unfair for a woman who got raped to have to carry a baby she never asked for, God has a plan that is greater than hers. I believe that it is only acceptable when the mother is in danger and there is no other way to save her life. That being said, it should be taken up with God first. It all comes down to his will.
Baby is the innocent victim. Two wrongs don't make a right. Some pro-lifers say that abortion is okay in the case of rape or incest. The answer is yes.If a woman has been raped, do you really think it's okay to force her to carry out her pregnancy?
In many cases, "what" is not the correct question. "Why" is the relevant one. Every scenario is unique. Slapping a general label on any group of scenarios is not gonna do it. Take lying, for example. Sometimes it is necessary to avoid a greater evil. In those cases, we need to recognize that we live in an imperfect world but what we did was still a sin and ask for forgiveness, so that we do not fall into habbit of doing it, no matter how justified it was in that scenario.
Abortion would fall into that category as well. Sometimes it will be justified, sometimes it will be not. However, it would still be a sin, which is we must acknowledge and if it was the way to go, ask for forgiveness. In the end, it depends on the situation and is between you and God. What is right for one according to God, might not be for The someone else. Every situation is unique, no matter how similar they may seem. And only God knows all.
I do not believe that it is ever God's will for a woman to be raped or for a child to be born to parents who will not love their child. Rape is a grievous sin and it is NEVER in the will of God for it to happen. In fact, God hates that it ever happened and still happens today. But God can take a situation like rape and bring something out of it that is according to His will. Whether that is a the life of a child or some new meaning to life of the victim, or even the rapist repenting of his sins, is up to God.
Things outside of the will of God do happen, but that does not mean that God's will cannot still be accomplished despite these things. But then, we must also be careful to not flippantly assume to know what the will of God is by ourselves all the time. And we must continue to have compassion on women who have been raped despite the choice she makes.
