Ever been thru a siege, torture, famine or "holocaust".
Is it just "MEN" fleeing for men, women and children?
Great verses!READ it in your bible :-
Revelation 9:6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.
in other words they will seek death, but not be able to die...
there is no 'third death' after a second death frees one from sin a second time as its wages :-...
I have no idea what you are talking about in the first part of you postthat makes no difference because the scripture doesn't say anything remotely like 'men fleeing from men ' or '"MEN" fleeing for men, women and children'
sounds like a living hell.
Little Lamb of Jesus said:The day on which Titus encompassed Jerusalem, was the feast of the Passover ; and it is deserving of the very particular attention of the reader, that this was the anniversary of that memorable period in which the Jews crucified their Messiah !......
....Meanwhile the horrors of famine grew still more melancholy and afflictive.
The Jews, for of food were at length compelled to eat their belts, their sandals, the skins of their shields, dried grass, and even the ordure of oxen. In the depth or this horrible extremity, a Jewess of noble family urged by the intolerable cravings of hunger, slew her infant child, and prepared it for a meal ; and had actually eaten one half thereof, when the soldiers, allured by tile smell of food, threatened her with instant death if she refused to discover it...........
NKJV) Revelation 18:8 "Therefore her plagues will come in one day -- death and mourning and famine.
And she will be utterly burned with fire, for strong [is] the Lord God who judges her.

Thank you for sharing your viewIndeed it was, but it was not like they didn't have plenty of warning. But they didn't believe the prophets of old and neither did they believe Jesus.. ."
i don't see how one could ever say none . . . obviously the historical overthrow of Jerusalem ad 70 has to be in play as well as numerous other happenings. the big question among theologians is this a now and not yet sort of prophecy? was the physical destructions a type of the destructions to come at the end?
go cards
So your view is none of it is fulfilled, since the first part is being fulfilled now?WE ARE IN THE SPACE BETWEEN V1 and v8 right now
after v 8 the rapture happens
then the trouble starts
Thank you for postingMost of it was fulfilled in 70 AD.
The only thing not fulfilled yet is Second Coming and end of the world, of which no man knows the day or the hour.

Sounds almost like the Holocaust of WW2 in some ways...sounds like a living hell.
I will have to read up on him. ThanksI view it as completely fulfilled..For a very informative read of this subject get this book and read it if you never have. Very informative.
Matthew 24 fulfilled by John L. Bray. Great read.
Thks for yer input.I had voted "other" as I lean on Him to help me explain.
At the beginning of Matthew, His disciples had asked a series of questions that goes beyond the question when asking about the Temple so you have to lean on Him for discernment as to what answer He has given that applies to which of those questions that His disciples had asked.
Matthew 24:1And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple. 2 And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. 3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? 4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, ..........
So there is like two other questions that can go beyond the scope about the Temple.
#1) When shall these things be?
#2) and what shall be the sign of thy coming,
#3) and of the end of the world?
Usually readers see this as being all lumped together as one question in reference to the timeframe of the first question relating to the Temple, but not so if one considers the ramifications of the other two questions.
Thks yfor the response.End of the old covenant age. AD70
No twisting scriptural words like "soon" or "this generation" for this semi-scholar.
It's an easy lie to detect.![]()
