1) In July 2023, former Biden business associate Devon Archer described how Joe Biden was “The Brand” and was used to send “signals” of power, access, and influence to enrich the Biden family from foreign sources​

2) Devon Archer alone was aware of at least 20 times in which then-Vice President Biden spoke on speakerphone with Hunter Biden’s foreign business associates.​

3) In February 2014, then-Vice President Joe Biden dined with oligarchs from Russia and Kazakhstan who funneled millions of dollars to Hunter Biden and his business associates.​

4) In April 2015, then-Vice President Biden dined with Hunter Biden’s foreign business associates, including Ukrainian Burisma executive Vadym Pozharsky. Burisma was then being investigated by Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin for corruption.​

5) Then-Vice President Biden had coffee with Hunter Biden’s Chinese business associate, Jonathan Li of BHR, in Beijing and wrote a college letter of recommendation for his daughter.​

7) Using the pseudonym “Robert L. Peters,” Vice President Biden was informed by his staff of a call in 2016 with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. Copied on that official email? Hunter Biden, who was sitting on the board of the Ukrainian company Burisma.​

8) On December 4, 2015, Biden business associate Eric Schwerin wrote to Kate Bedingfield in the Office of the Vice President providing quotes to use in response to media outreach regarding Hunter Biden’s role in Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company. Later that day, Ms. Bedingfield responded to Mr. Schwerin saying, “VP signed off on this[.]”​

9) In May 2017, James Gilliar, a Biden family associate, emailed Hunter Biden and other associates to formalize how they would divide the profit from their deal with CEFC, a Chinese Communist Party linked energy company. Gilliar indicated Joe Biden would receive 10 percent, which has been confirmed by former Biden family associate, Tony Bobulinski.​

All of this is pretty slim evidence with which to launch an impeachment inquiry. Going down the list:

1. This is evidence of "influence peddling" (which, much like "collusion", is not itself a crime) by Hunter Biden.

2. Which he characterized as simple greetings, where Joe Biden was generally unaware of who he was speaking to and no business was discussed in his presence. See #1 above.

3-6. I'm reasonably certain that eating dinner with your son and some of his business associates is not a crime. Nor is writing a college letter of recommendation. Again, see #1.

7. I question the wisdom of copying a private email address on the VP's schedule details, but you're going to need more than "Hunter was told that his dad would be talking to the president of Ukraine" to make any accusation of corruption here. Did he do anything with that information?

8. The statement that the VP "signed off on" was an official statement from his office regarding Hunter's involvement with Burisma and Joe's lack of involvement with the company. I see nothing shady here.

9. Bobulinski may claim that Biden was the "Big Guy", but Gilliar, who actually wrote the email, says otherwise. Why should we believe Bobulinski over Gilliar?

The email did not inform anyone about the contents of the call. It listed it as an event on the day's agenda, which also included when the President would arrive at the family lake house, where he might be expected to meet family members.

I'm fairly certain we'll find out. Those IRS agents claimed to have found as much, and turned over the evidence to the proper channels.

In 2017, Joe Biden was a private citizen and free to pursue whatever business interests he might see fit. As far as this impeachment is concerned, he had no power that could have been abused. Corruption....you call it "influence peddling" because that sounds better but when you use the influence of your office for personal gain....that's Corruption.

What is the evidence the IRS has to show money went from Son to Dad?

Perhaps you didn't pay any attention IRS whistleblowers' testimony....but I did. These are experts on international tax evasion, money laundering, and fraud. They're claiming they had evidence of Biden having shell corporations and fraud/evasion/bribery etc....they were simply prevented from following up on it.

You may notice that the house ways and means committee promised to follow up on it.

The link in the OP outlines no crimes. It presents a series of documents and selective quotes that purports to demonstrate Joe Biden's involvement in his family's "influence peddling schemes". Under scrutiny, the evidence pointing to Joe Biden's involvement ranges from tenuous to non-existent, and no actual crimes are presented. As I noted in an earlier post, "influence peddling," much like "collusion," is not a crime on its own. It's something that every single one of us does on a day-to-day basis. Any actual criminal acts would be in relation to how influence was being peddled, and how that peddled influence was used. There is no information presented on either of those fronts.
