It's called particulate pollution and resulted in global dimming.
Global dimming masked the effects of global warming which became more apparent by the 1980s as global particulate pollution was reduced due to the efforts from previous decades.

So for you the raqia becomes a sky filled with clouds and waters above the raqia are clouds filled with water.

Yea, I've seen a lot of evidence in the last 6 years. I've also seen all the arguments of what couldn't possibly 'work' on a flat earth. Whenever I see that, I just know that person hasn't actually taken the time to prove out their arguments, but rather just likely used a search engine to find talking points. As to your point, it most certainly works when you understand the flat earth model.

Are you trying to make some point with the bolded part? Because it seems like a non sequitur.

The point is that the stars circle in different directions (clockwise versus anticlockwise). That difference doesn't vanish, just because there's no good counterpart to Polaris (which is ~three-quarters of a degree off the axis itself).
