In 2020, Page sued the U.S. Department of Justice, the FBI and former FBI Director James Comey for $75 million for the unlawful surveillance. The lawsuit stated that the surveillance "violated federal statutes enacted to prevent unlawful spying on United States persons, as well as the Constitution".
Well that was timely.

CONCLUSION
