I see no difference. To love God and your fellow man IS the Torah...you are trying to say Yeshua's commandments are NOT the same as The Father's...if anything, Yeshua made them even stricter...actual adultery vs just thinking about it, etc...Yeshua gave correct interpretation of the Torah

There was no Temple or priesthood when the sabbath was instituted. How about when the manna fell with a double portion on erev Shabbat? You make no sense...

They certainly do not if they recognize Isaiah 58 as their guide.
13 If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the Lord, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:

14 Then shalt thou delight thyself in the Lord; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.

Israelites failed to keep the day Holy, so why do people today believe they can do better?

One of the reasons I never really enjoyed the Sabbath is because I was honest with myself. After the Sabbath I would critique myself to see how well I "behaved". My thoughts and words and sometimes even my actions kept me from what I believed was the standard for keeping Sabbath, Is 58. In actuality, all I was doing is putting on a good front to my peers. After a while, I learned they were doing the same thing. So much for trying to cover up what in reality I could not ever do. The cover-up was the real sin. What a relief it was when I found out that Christianity isn't about keeping ritual days given only to the now-defunct nation of Israel. I still rest from my labor, but my real rest is in Jesus.

The command was not only to rest on the Sabbath, it was also about working not five but six days a week. How many who believe the 10 are their guide are working six days a week?

Is it lawful for the priests to perform sacrifice during the Sabbath? Is it lawful for a father to circumcised his son on the eight day, when that 8th day is also the Sabbath? Is it lawful for the priests to work in the temple during the Sabbath? Is it lawful to walk by faith to the temple to worship YHWH during the Sabbath? Are the priests required to finish all of their work in six days? There was no manna to "gather" on the Sabbath day; however there was something for the disciples to pluck in the field.

Right. Turning a key in the ignition is an act of creation. The starter begins a process that produces a current that creates sparks that ignite fuel flames dozens of times per second. And those sparks are consuming fuel as well.

This is why a synagogue is supposed to be within walking distance of your home. A Sabbath day's allowable walking distance.

What constitutes work? According to the scriptures what is considered "walking distance"? Does your heart stop working during the Sabbath day?

Which came first Adam or the seventh day? The Sabbth law also pertains to the animals inside your house. How could Adam keep something that wasn't made yet? Adam did rest; he fell into a deep sleep.
