Been there done that and very unimpressed by said UN who hates the US.

For if you are, you are sadly mistaken. Japan is a huge ally of the US. Also, the US helped to rebuild Europe and Japan after WWII.

No I was pointing out war s do not always make more enemies.

We conquered Japan but lovingly helped them rebuild and have protected them with our military and now they are allies not enemies. So war done properly will not make more enemies.

We are not begging for help. We are showing how necessary it is for what we are doing.

Rebuilding would not have been necessary if peaceful means to contain or remove Saddam had been pursued to their conclusion.
