All those in sin, should ask for forgiveness.
Receive Jesus as their Lord and Master.
Believe that he died to pay their sin debt and was Resurrected.
Believe in the Word God and keep to his commandments and try to live by the example of Jesus Christ and sin no more.
How can a person`Be Born Again` in Christ if they do not believe that they are sinning?
How can they`Be Born Again`when they live by their own morals and not God`s?
I believe that you cannot be a Christian,born again into Christ if you continue to sin and disregard the Word of God.
I stand by the Word of God to support my case.

I started the thread to ask the question if a Homosexual can be a christian.
It is my belief that they cannot because I will tell you why.
When God created Adam he designed Humansexuality.
Humansexuality was perfect until Eve was tempted by Satan and Adam and Eve were imperfect in sin.
Human desire then came to the fore and this included Human sexual desires that became sinful.
Man has now divided us sexually into Heterasexuals and Homosexuals.Political correct Words to try to make Homosexuality exceptable.
God designed us to join with a wife (a female) and out of love procreate children,be fruitful and multiply.
God`s design has been corrupted by human desire and sin.
Gods Word is clear about sexual morality.
However some people may cut it and give excuses and try to demean the Word of God. Those who believe in the Word of God know the Truth

In fact I'm fairly certain Jesus never said anything negative about homosexuality at all.

That's right. Jesus never said anything about "homosexuality," and some folks here are reaching to try to attribute anti-"homosexual" statements to Jesus. He never made any such statements.

It is rather sad that people feel it all right to justify hate and discrimination against homosexuals even to the point that they have to drag God down to their level to do so.

The “arguments” used to justify such discrimination or explain why a homosexual cannot be a Christian can be applied to any number of other minorities. What is really sad is that such threads and hateful statements would not be tolerated if posted about other minorities. Yet somehow such prejudice is deemed perfectly acceptable when the object of hate is a homoseuxal

As a gay person, I will say that a gay person (we don't usually call ourselves "homosexuals") is someone who is attracted exclusively or primarily to someone of the same sex. A person can be gay and engage in no action at all. As a Christian, I will say that a Christian seeks to follow the teachings and the example of Jesus.Those are my truthful answers to your two questions.

Following Jesus example of bringing in the Kingdom by serving others and spreading his love makes one a Christian.

I do hope it's not Leviticus. Jesus nullified all of those "sins" such as wearing clothing of mixed fibers, eating shellfish, etc etc a long time ago.

Let's see.

The Israelites were in a bit of a pickle at that time. They were landless, wandering the desert. Their only source of nutrition was from God. The people needed to be kept in check because if anything went wrong, they wouldn't survive. I can imagine the lawlessness. When Moses came down from speaking to God, he destroyed God's Word in frustration after seeing his people reject God for idols. They needed extremely strict rules, and that's what they got. Would many of those rules be required today? Most certainly. Would all of those rules be required today? Of course not.

And that's ignoring our translation errors of those accounts due to passage of time, and word of mouth teachings.

You say that you believe that Jesus was a good teacher.
Do you believe that Jesus is the son of God?
Muslims believe that Jesus was a prophet, a teacher thats all.
Christians believe that Jesus was the Son of God.
Did God make man and from the mans rib make Eve?
Where did you get this information about the creation?
How did you find out about Jesus?
Where did you find his teachings?
