What’s happening with the case?

Seems to be pretty much over. Some closing arguments, then it goes to the jury. The way the MSM has been portraying it, it would appear the prosecution has the upper hand so far. Since the jury wasn't sequestered during the trial, they were open to being influenced by events that transpired during the trial, not to mention the big settlement the Floyd family got just before the trial started which is almost an admission of guilt.

Will BLM be happy? I doubt it. I predict comments like "too little, too late", and "No justice, no peace" if the sentence isn't at least life in prison. Then the BLM people will go on late night shopping sprees at local retail outlets and will celebrate by shooting off fireworks (at the police).

But she's also a liberal extremist, even more than Bernie Sanders. Don't expect her to not be divisive if it's demanded of her. She abandoned her views against Biden in order to be VP. She'll do whatever any extremist wants her do to.

Liberal extremist? Harris is to the right of Bernie Sanders by a sizable margin.

They may not say “whites don’t suffer police brutality”, they say things like:

*Black people are afraid to walk down the street of their own neighborhood for fear of the police,
*Black people are hunted by the police every time they step outside their homes (Lebron James)
*The talk black parents have to have with their sons concerning the Police (Trevor Noah)

And countless others. These are things in the media that are said about black people; not white people, and this gives the false impression that this is something that black people have to deal with that white people do not; and people are reacting to this false information in a negative and often violent way.

The Lebon quote is rather hyperbolic, and the first one is slightly exaggerated. In some areas black people certainly are afraid to walk down their street, but its not something you could say about every black person of course. That Trevor Noah quote though isn't just Noah saying that, vast numbers of black people have described having to have exactly that talk with their kids (to the point that its just known as 'the talk' with the meaning immediately understood. The situation pretty much nationwide is simply that being stopped by the police if you're black is a more dangerous situation than being stopped by the police if you're white. The statistics on police killings of unarmed people completely back that up. So knowing that as a black parent, of course you're going to want to prepare your children to make sure they don't end up one of those statistics.

Are you suggesting the media portrayal of police killing black vs white people is in accordance to reality? Your own statistics said nearly twice as many white people are killed by the police as blacks. So the media should be reporting twice as many white killings as they report blacks being killed, right? Is that what they are doing? I will bet you can name at least 5 black men killed by the cops that received national attention for every white man killed that received such attention. Am I right?

Again you're skipping over the fact that there are only around 13% of black people in America. So that twice as many statistic is factually true, but needs to be seen in the context of proportionality.

If there's a huge inequality happening, of course the media are going to focus on that.

The Lebon quote is rather hyperbolic, and the first one is slightly exaggerated. In some areas black people certainly are afraid to walk down their street, but its not something you could say about every black person of course.
In these high crime areas, there is far more chances of harm from criminals roaming the streets than the police.
This stuff doesn’t happen to black people in regular neighborhoods, it happens in high crime neighborhoods where if the person were white, they would likely get attacked by racist criminals roaming the streets, just for being white! How’s that for white privilege?
The statistics on police killings of unarmed people completely back that up. So knowing that as a black parent, of course you're going to want to prepare your children to make sure they don't end up one of those statistics.
Those stats include black people in high crime neighborhoods comparing them to white people in safer neighborhoods. For obvious reasons, people in high crime neighborhoods are treated differently by the police, than those in low crime neighborhoods. To compare apples to apples, you need to compare both races in safe low crime neighborhoods.
Again you're skipping over the fact that there are only around 13% of black people in America. So that twice as many statistic is factually true, but needs to be seen in the context of proportionality.

If there's a huge inequality happening, of course the media are going to focus on that.
Are you gonna address the question I asked? Or are you gonna ignore my question and answer a question I didn’t ask, but is much easier to respond to?
