What are others views of the "armegeddon/gog-magog in Revelation.

There's two future Gog Magog Wars. The Gog-Magog is a war in the tribulation that last the entire 3.5 years during the time of Jacob's trouble.

Ezekiel 38 is the first battle within the Gog-Magog war and the invasion of Jerusalem. Armageddon is the final battle within the Gog-Magog war and fought just north of Jerusalem. Mystery Babylon and other countries within the Middle East are fought and destroyed in-between both battles found in the old testament.

Reading Ezekiel in the normal way, it states that Gog will bring his army down onto an undefended land recently restored from ruin, whose people have been gathered from the nations and are living in peace and prosperity. Ezekiel 38:8 & Ezekiel 38:10-12
This is very informative. It doesn't match the current situation of Israel.
Therefore it applies to the new nation of Beulah, Isaiah 62:1-5, that is: all of the Lord's righteous people who go into the Holy Land soon after all the Middle East area is cleared and cleansed by the Lord's Day of fiery wrath. Isaiah 66:15-16 They settle there and experience amazing blessings from the Lord. Isaiah 35:1-10, Amos 9:13-15, Jeremiah 33:6-14

It isn't until the end of the Millennium reign of Jesus, that another attack of a similar type will occur. The result is the same.

I read that article and have seen other similar theories making out that the Gog/Magog attack and Armageddon are the same event. I disagree on several counts, but especially because the burial of the bodies and the burning of the weapons does not extend into the Millennium. At Armageddon, the armies are instantly cremated.
They are two different battles, at different times and for different purposes.

Zechariah 14:12 NKJV

And this shall be the plague with which the Lord will strike all the people who fought against Jerusalem:

Their flesh shall dissolve while they stand on their feet,
Their eyes shall dissolve in their sockets,
And their tongues shall dissolve in their mouths.

Actually, the fire that comes down from heaven and consumes the attacking armies, is in Revelation 20:9. It applies to the battle at the end of the Millennium. So your query is valid.
At Armageddon, we see those armies are killed by the sword which comes out of Jesus' mouth. Revelation 19:21

There is an interesting verse in the prophesies of Ezra;
2 Esdras 3:10-11 As I watched, He poured out a stream of fire from His mouth, a breath of flames and a storm of sparks, they combined into one huge mass, which fell upon the host prepared for battle and nothing was left of them but dust, ashes and a reek of smoke.

2Th 1:7 And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,

2Th 1:8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:

2Th 1:9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;

2Th 1:10 When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.

...............................................................................

2Pe 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

...............................................................................

Mat_3:11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:
........................................................
What do we find in both battles?

A great earthquake.

The mountains being destroyed.

Great hailstones.

Birds of prey eating the flesh of the dead.

How can birds of prey eat only ashes?

How many times can the mountains be destroyed?

BaB, your quotes [except Matt 3:11] apply to the Sixth Seal/Psalms 83 Day of the Lord's wrath, not G/M or Arm.
For all those later battles, there will be more earthquakes and cosmic signs. The birds eating flesh metaphor is simply a way of reiterating the fact they are all dead. There are very few actual vultures, etc in the Middle East.

So what is needed is an understanding of the over 100 prophesies describing the next event, that is; the Lord's Day of vengeance and wrath against the nations. That is my focus, the rest will come later.

The simple answer:
ARMAGEDDON IS AT THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST
GOG AND MAGOG IS AFTER THE MILLENNIUM, WHICH FOLLOWS THE SECOND COMING
Incorrect.
The attack on new Israel, living in peace and unprotected, happens BEFORE the Return of Jesus. We know this because Ezekiel 38:21-29 states He destroys G/M so His people and all the nations will know He is God. He will pour His Spirit onto His people and they will display His holiness.
There is another attack, a type of the G/M attack, near the end of the 1000 years.

The mountains are not destroyed in the 6th seal.
every island and mountain moves

If a mountain or island is moved out of it's place, what is going to happen to that mountain or island?

These are the events of the Second Coming of Christ, which John saw and recorded. They are revealed in detail in Rev. chapter 16 and 19.

Rev 6:12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

Rev 6:13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

Rev 6:14 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

Rev 6:15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;

Rev 6:16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

Rev 6:17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

The following text reveals the timing of God's Wrath.

Rev 11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

Rev 11:18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

This is the end. The chapters that follow tell the story from another perspective.
