In the story or myth told in Genesis, Adam and Eve are archetypes for humanity. They are not necessarily understood to be literal. In fact, I would argue that, as archetypal figures, they are not literal persons.
There had to be a first

Evolutionarily speaking, there were many species of early hominids. There was not necessarily one original couple. In fact, that would have been unlikely. Homo sapiens evolved over time and we are now only one human species today.

There had to be a starting point and an original design

The reason creation "evolved" (changed) was because disruption in the original design (sin) effected a change on all

Did God make Adam imperfect?
God's creation is perfect in every detail. That would mean that Adam was created perfect. He had only to make right choices. He could have made right choices if he had inquired of God when confronted by any difficult situation.

In the day you eat of it you will surely die

(GOD already knew beforehand that there would be that day)

GOD didn't say make a right choice to Adam did not know good from evil because all he knew was good

GOD simply said "do not"

Though afterwards, after sin entered into the world, GOD did say "make a right choice (to Cain - sin is crouching at your door, it desires to have you but you must master it/if you do what is right will you not be accepted)

God made Adam not a robot.
GOD made Adam innocent
He did not know evil until after he ate of the tree of the knowledge of (both) good and evil

The bible is the story of us in more ways than we care to think about it.

The God at the beginning of the Bible is not God, it's our perception of God, but God (with an adam) had to start somewheres.

To me a language has emerged, like dry land appearing out of the sea, a stabelness out of confusion.

Well, if we want to be technical. The 'starting point' was single celled organisms that evolved at the very beginning of life on earth.

Well
That is what you say

But I believe what GOD said

See?

The problem from the beginning hasn't changed much

When did God say exactly how life came to be? Genesis has two different creation accounts and they are at variance with each other. They are also poetic in genre and are not literal history. God gave us minds to explore the world and learn about how God created the world. Who are we to tell God how God created? We can only learn from the universe as we study it. So far, we know that biological evolution is a well documented, peer reviewed, and experimented truth.

"Lucifer" isn't Satan and never was, just a reason for an arrogant Babylonian king. It's clear if you look at the full context of Isaiah 14 and don't cherry-pick three verses out of it.

Is Satan his real name or just a hebrew title?

God did not really say has been the age old lie and deception from the beginning
You could make that response to anything someone disagrees with. I could say that someone who does not accept biological facts are the ones saying "God did not really say." I mean the reality is that God gave us minds to explore our world. The Bible is not a book of science. It's just not.

The chronology of the first creation myth is different from the second. In the first story, God makes the plants and animals first and, then, God makes humanity. In the second, God makes humanity before the plants. They cannot both be literally true. However, their genre, their literary style, is poetic. It's meant to be a poetic tale that shows the spiritual truth that God created. It does not tell us how God created using the many beautiful processes and forces in the universe.

You asked "when did GOD say exactly how life came to be?

HE said, by HIS WORD, exactly how life came to be

You do not accept it and are suggesting something else

The Bible is GOD's WORD
Whether you choose to accept it or not

Everything fits
It's a well fitted puzzle, picture and parallel pointing to CHRIST

I don't know if you know this but GOD is sovereign

Even over science

Actually, the Bible does not describe the primordial environment in which the first single-celled organisms evolved. The Bible does not discuss the Cambrian explosion, the mass extinctions, or discuss the fact of natural selection. The Bible also does not talk about heart surgery, but it's a good thing that we know about it now!
