Honestly? Not much. Even as a wrestler, he mostly was somebody of limited talent who was more style than substance.

Hulk Hogan wasn't even a native Floridian, which makes this whole thing nothing but cultural posturing. Perhaps popular with folks that desperately need cultural heroes from a "bygone" era, the 1980's, which was an era already mythologized to death, often is gross and distorting ways.
