That is what happens when the hospitals are overwhelmed. More people die due to an inability to treat. I have seen more than one article on this, in the first one the conclusion was based upon how the death rate was so much higher than last years even if one takes out all of the reported Covid cases in some areas. They were simply unable to analyze all of the bodies.

The virus attacks the lungs and pneumonia sets in as a secondary infection. But they wouldn't have gotten pneumonia if not for the virus. You might as well complain that people do not die from drunk driving. Most die from car accidents.

Wrong. I have done so again and again since I use valid sources. The sources you use indicate that you may suffer from TDS just as some Trump haters do. TDS affects both people on the right and the left. Probably more people on the right. If one namecalls the mainstream media that is a frequent syndrome.

Find a reliable source for your claims. Avoid far left and far right media. Then you might be able to make a valid point.

And explaining your errors is not bullying. It is an attempt to help you. Please try to debate properly. It is more enjoyable, and you may learn something if you do so.

BUT, it has shown the world that it IS NOT ready for a true pandemic - and what it needs to do to get prepared. I consider this a drill, one that was badly needed.

If, with anti-body testing, it is found that the bulk of the population was infected with little ill effect that would not be an argument against taking drastic measures to slow the spread. Even if most people recover on their own without issue there is still sufficient demand placed on our healthcare system that slowing the rate of spread was necessary to avoid its total collapse.

I am of the option that South Korea has the best model for containing the infection and mitigating the economic damage. However it's far too late to implement that model, or any other, here as this is far too widespread.

Oh most definitely...fear is satan's tool...and it's being used here quite widely by the globalists.

The numbers initially were highly inflated to induce fear, but they have been steadily decreasing and the "experts" have had to drop numbers in their models dramatically. Now that so many are getting well with HCQ+...those numbers are going to come down even more...as well as investigations into deaths claimed to be related to covid-19 when they are not related at all.

Agreed...it's very important for countries to get their act together...and this indeed is a wake up call.
