I'm hoping and praying the last figure begins to rise at a faster pace and the second figure slows down a lot(actually I would like it to stand still completely but I an am a realist) . The first figure rising doesn't concern me as much.

Oh yeah, did you notice the recovereds jumped from 394 just after midnight Thursday to 3231 (as of right now on their site)? so yeah it's got a long way to go but there's hope and good news if we keep an eye out for it! :clap:

there is usually a jump about 2 hours after GMT probably them tallying all the data and verifying it or something.

Im really praying and hoping this virus goes away soon and that they will come up with a cure for it.

well unfortunetly not sure that will happen, we will just have to help fight it off and or get the vaccine. Has there ever been a cure for any virus?

Technology is advancing. It is hard to imagine virus standing up to nanomachines programmed to seek it out and destroy it.

Of course by that point we will get really nice weaponized version of the stuff which can have some really dystopian targeting parameters.

I would save my existential worry for those times.

those arn't cures they are vaccines :> A cure would be something outside your body removing, vaccines is your immune system. Antibiotics is a cure :> Least how I would define cure.

They seem ignorant in hindsight. Both of them called the virus a hoax early on. I read an article online that compared a coronavirus to the flu. Mea culpa. I am guilty too. Later I learned 15% of people testing positive require hospitalization. The worse cases last 3 - 6 weeks. A few days in the hospital drained a bank account and more. We have entered a recession.

which is what the article was saying. Sounds like that old saying "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of (or in this case, no) cure.". Stay home, wash your hands, avoid crowds. Or in Biblical terms:

Isaiah 26: 20 said:

as an aside, we also have to remember that first number is all confirmed cases so it includes all those who've recovered ( :clap:

) and all those who've died ( :prayer:

) so the real number of cases is : 129,942.

maybe it seems conspiratorial, but something screwy with todays results, 1k less cases, okay that could be the shutdown working, but the deaths is half of yesterday despite it consintantly going up in cases every day. Maybe just a weird shift, but seems odd to me.

looks like they revised a bit was a increase but not much .

wonder if thats the curve leveling off, it's still going up, but the degree of increase has slowed a bit, it's been 19-20k for a few days, or did they hit the most they can test a day.
