Well, I just don't like to see people worrying about something,* while trying to pass it on to us.

* Worrying is a sin, you know.

Um, not really. It can be because one has a mental health issue, or can even be hard-wired into the brain itself! Some neurodivergent people have brains hard-wired to be more 'highly strung'.
Also, love your neighbour - dude. It's possible to CARE about climate change and grieve what we are doing to each other without excessive worry. I'm not saying WORRY - everyone PANIC! I'm saying care. Love your neighbour. Don't be a selfish, entitled rich white kid in the way you vote - and vote about climate change. Write to your government reps. Care about the poor in other countries that might not be rich white kids. Because they're going to be hurt by climate change vastly more than us spoilt kids who grew up in wealthy first world nations. But you just go back to your Dipsy stuff, and whatever you do don't read those biblical commands about caring for people, or James where it says how we must demonstrate our faith - not just talk about it

What are you doing to alleviate your worries?

For decades we have been doing our part to change our life style. In years past I've also been involved in the environmental movement. I've mostly aged out of those programs these days.

But honestly, I think humanity is too late in the game. The efforts to change things are hitting a wall of denial and apathy, thus my worry mostly for my grandchildren. And because of my love for them, I have no idea how to alleviate those worries for their future.

The pressures of too many people on this Earth, migrations caused by crops failures along with resulting famine (which is already reaching 345 million people) and more, make up a formula for violence and even wars. We've already seen an example that happening in Syria where a civil war began as a result of a drought caused food shortage. And that in turn caused a mass migration which than caused social unrest in Europe. And that's just the beginning.

Edited to add: As an aside, I do meditate and have a deep relationship with my Beloved God. And that help a lot.

The system we live within has reactive properties, so if there are too many of us, it will cull our population. Humans act like they are in control of everything .. but they are not.

You may not think so, but I think that being trapped in a house that's burning down is a cause to worry. The sin from my perspective would be in not passing the warning to you.

I live in SW FL. I could give you the names of all my neighbors who are praying that their A/Cs hold up over next several weeks. We along with most SW states are experiencing the hottest weather over the past 100,000 years. We have already had 2 weeks of mid 90 degree heat. TX and AZ are ever worse off with temps of over 100 to 110 with a heat index reaching 120. These are record breaking temperatures.

I would say ask your neighbors but perhaps you are surrounded by the climate deniers.
