It is always 67 degrees.

Nothing in Gen 1 says "on day one God created the sun moon and stars".

The 67 is a glitch. The average temp is 59 degrees. The point is that this is consistent and does not change. There is a slight variation due to the wobble effect but not enough to be concerned with.

This is a follow up to fact that because of the Earth's rotation, somewhere on the planet, there is always a sunrise and a sunset happening at the same time.

We become aware of this at the new year when they celebrate at a different time in different places. Although they do that based on time zones.
