How long till the Polar Bears run out of ice again......the timing keeps changing and I cannot keep up with the latest. How much do we have to pay to keep enough ice for them, and if we pay more can we get some extra ice for the Bears to play on.

They will be extinct before the ice runs out. Just like the California grizzly bear before the trees run out along with 679 other vertebrates that man has managed to wipe out since the 16th century.

The coming ice age was never a consensus and was more of a media creation. Analysis of scientific papers from the 70s shows that warming was already a concern then.

You appear to quote a lot of things you saw briefly on TV and had some kind of negative reaction to. Was it a Conservation foundation that was going to try and look after the bears directly by giving them more habitat? Or was it actually a more generic climate change fundraiser, promising to lobby on behalf of a stable climate so that the polar bears have a chance? That is, do you object to them putting a tangible face on what is an enormous and sometimes confusing subject?

My point? We don't know either way. You didn't explain the ad very well, didn't name the organisation, or explain what it actually promised to do. Many ads can be found online. When I was really young, summer never got hotter that 30 degrees celcius, (86 F) but now the max has increased to 40 (104 F) degrees.

Areas where 40 degrees was the norm increased to 50 (122 F) degrees maximum.
