Because the Electoral College voted -- what was it, 307 votes? -- in favour of Biden. As far as I know there were no Dominion voting machines in the EC. And, as Trump supporters have been repeating over and over since 2016, it's not the people who elected the president, but the EC.

IIRC this whole debacle was meant to overturn the election and get trump re-elected. Presenting the evidence BEFORE the January 6 congressional valedation of the the electoral votes might have acheived that. Waiting two months until a civil defamation court case is really stupid timing.

There was NOTHING, repeat, NOTHING preventing Lindell from presenting his "evidence" to the court of public opinion before this defamation case. Heck, it could have been completely fabricated "evidence" and it probably would have convinced gullible trump voters, but he didn't even have that. ALL he had, repeat, ALL he had was parroting trump talking points.
