Should be?
Loses what? Should it turn out the 75th time, or whatever we are up to now, is the charm and a deluge of evidence of fraud is found there is no legal mechanism to throw out the election at this point. Those who perpetrated the fraud could be prosecuted, the president could be impeached if he was involved but there is no legal mechanism to throw the election to the other guy or have a do over.I wonder if he wins, if that will mean Biden loses.
True, and?Its unwise to prejudge a case.

In the very unlikely event that I ever end up under oath in court I will keep that in mind.Just suggesting you not do so.
How do you imagine that would happen? Were Biden impeached and removed that would leave Harris as president. Among her first order of business would be to appoint a VP and I see no reason it would be Pelosi.I was hoping Pelosi would get to take over. With Schumer as her VP.
Future generations will read about this man in textbooks.

Harris would have won due to fraud the same as Biden.

Were they both found to be complicit in the fraud they could be impeached but there is no other legal mechanism to throw them out of office.
Biden loses because of a lack of preponderance of evidence against MyPillow Guy?
Or are we forgetting that MPG is the defendant?
He will have to do that in a separate case as this is a libel case against him, not an election fraud case.If the pillow guy proves his claims of fraud, that will mean Biden and Harris actually lost the election.
For example...?History has pivoted on less likely things.
