Is that really what Sabbatarians believe?
Is that really what Sabbatarians believe?
So some would consider it wrong but not "hell-binding" right? Some yes, others no. That seems to be the correct answer.
Absolutely not. That teaching is heresy. It denies the finished work of the Lord Jesus. Our salvation is purely based on what He has done for us by His death and resurrection. I was in the military (navy) for the first 3 years of my Christian life. I went to church when and where I could. I worked most Saturdays. I had no idea about the dead, religious sabbatarian doctrine. Lord Jesus came to set us free, not saddle us with pointless laws and regulations that achieve nothing for us spiritually.Or being eliminated, whatever.
Is that really what Sabbatarians believe?
I'm not sure what Sabbatarians believe, but it isn't biblical that a person would go to hell for that. As a believer, I don't live by the law anyway, but by faith through the grace of God.Or being eliminated, whatever.

Can anyone confirm that the Saturday Sabbath that Sabbatarians worship on is in fact exactly the same day that that Jews worshiped on more than 2000 years ago? Can anyone count back day by day and confirm that numerically the Sabbath day is correct and has not shifted is some way?

The Jews have kept impeccable records going back to the time of Ezra and Nehemiah. So what we call Saturday is indeed the day our Lord kept as Sabbath. Can anyone confirm that the Saturday Sabbath that Sabbatarians worship on is in fact exactly the same day that that Jews worshiped on more than 2000 years ago? Demanding Sunday worship??1 John 3:4
Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
The fourth commandment is the Seventh day Sabbath Commandment.
Folks that are worshiping on Sunday are not obeying the fourth commandment.
They are not condemned until the time comes when legislation is passed demanding Sunday worship and they choose to disobey GODS commandment and follow the law of the land.
Mark 7:7
Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
It comes down to an issue of obedience just as it was in the garden of Eden with Adam and Eve
John 14:15
If ye love me, keep my commandments.
If Christ Himself instituted the Sabbath day of rest for us (Mark 2:27), would He change it? Jesus kept the Sabbath day faithfully. The disciples of Jesus likewise kept the Sabbath day (Acts 13:14, 16:13). The seventh-day Sabbath is taught throughout the Bible, while Sunday sacredness is not mentioned once. If Christ or the apostles did not change the Sabbath, who did?

Yes, that was accomplished thousands of times at least, for the last few thousand years even. Can anyone confirm that the Saturday Sabbath that Sabbatarians worship on is in fact exactly the same day that that Jews worshiped on more than 2000 years ago? Can anyone count back day by day and confirm that numerically the Sabbath day is correct and has not shifted is some way?
Demanding Sunday worship??
How things are going, that is something that will be eliminated
I believe that had that kind of law over a hundred years ago in the USA,Moving to Sunday legislation in the EU:

I believe that had that kind of law over a hundred years ago in the USA,
and other places as well, and over a thousand years ago, though the dates escape me.... might have been 1700 years, of 700 years, or other....
