the prophet Moses is said to be a prophet so great that only Messiah Himself would be greater than him. So let’s take a look at one of the greatest prophecy. A prophecy that contains the entire history of Israel from her beginning to her end. Fascinatingly enough the entire Gentile church age is also in this magnificent prophecy De. 32

32 Give ear, ye heavens, and I will speak; And let the earth hear the words of my mouth. 2 My doctrine shall drop as the rain; My speech shall distil as the dew, As the small rain upon the tender grass, And as the showers upon the herb.
3 For I will proclaim the name of Jehovah: Ascribe ye greatness unto our God. All of creation will the testimony about the Lord God Almighty. The doctrine is perfect for all.

4 The Rock, his work is perfect; For all his ways are justice: A God of faithfulness and without iniquity, Just and right is he. 5 They have dealt corruptly with him, [they are] not his children, [it is] their blemish; [They are] a perverse and crooked generation. We have here what is part of an ever expanding revelation of the who is the Seed and the Rock. We know that there is but one Rock spoken of in this manner and He is the Christ. This Rock is God and perfect in all His ways. The people spoken of here who will act corruptly with Him as we know they did almost from the beginning of His public ministry and certainly until the end. They are Lo-Ami not My people. And then we hear the Lord speaking they are a perverse and crooked generation. This is the apostate portion of Israel in every generation from which there is always a faithful remnant as well.

6 Do ye thus requite Jehovah, O foolish people and unwise? Is not he thy father that hath bought thee? He hath made thee, and established thee. they have acted foolishly and unwise towards as well as corruptly. This Rock is their Father but this is not God the Father the Father of Yeshua. This is the Lord Jesus who is our Father and through Him, the one Son of God, we have now been made sons and may call Him Abba. It is only through faith in the Son Jesus Christ that anyone may call The Father Abba, Jew or Gentile.

7 Remember the days of old, Consider the years of many generations: Ask thy father, and he will show thee; Thine elders, and they will tell thee. 8 When the Most High gave to the nations their inheritance, When he separated the children of men, He set the bounds of the peoples According to the number of the children of Israel. Remember the days of old when the Rock led them through the wilderness and they drank water from that Rock and Paul tells us that "Rock was Christ." This is not a New Rock this was the Rock of the Patriarchs. The Ancient of Days Jesus Christ. Israel's relationship with the Lord Jesus was so special that it was He gave the Gentiles lands based not on the number of their children but on the number of Israelites. Did Israel see and know the Lord as did those who lived during His lifetime of course not. We are told that before He came we saw Him as through a glass darkly and this is true for those looking forward to the Light of the World as well as for us before we became believers and it was then that we could see His marvelous Light, His Glory.

As we move on we will see just how special a relationship He had with Israel and what Israel's response was to all He blessed her with.

13 He made him ride on the high places of the earth, And he did eat the increase of the field; And he made him to suck honey out of the rock, And oil out of the flinty rock; 14 Butter of the herd, and milk of the flock, With fat of lambs, And rams of the breed of Bashan, and goats, With the finest of the wheat; And of the blood of the grape thou drankest wine. the Lord took him and gave to him the finest of all He provided to him.

15 But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked: Thou art waxed fat, thou art grown thick, thou art become sleek; Then he forsook God who made him, And lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation. Their reaction was not gratitude they became fat, sleek thick speaking of the spiritual harlot she was becoming, The spiritual descent into harlotry He forsook the God who made him, Jesus Christ, the Rock of His salvation. Jesus Christ is the Rock and the only Name under heaven by which men maybe saved.

16 They moved him to jealousy with strange [gods]; With abominations provoked they him to anger. 17 They sacrificed unto demons, [which were] no God, To gods that they knew not, To new [gods] that came up of late, Which your fathers dreaded not. here the components of playing the harlot are told they pursued strange gods, abominations, sacrificing to demons and gods they knew not gods that their fathers even in their apostasy had never been this unfaithful to her Husband.

18 Of the Rock that begat thee thou art unmindful, And hast forgotten God that gave thee birth. 19 And Jehovah saw [it], and abhorred [them], Because of the provocation of his sons and his daughters. 20 And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be: For they are a very perverse generation, Children in whom is no faithfulness. The Lord as Scripture tells us fathered, created, all. The Lord God Almighty who sees all things even in the darkness of men's hearts saw their rejection of His Son and He said He would hide His Face to them and see what their end will be. The Lord we are told has had two bands in connection with Israel One band is fellowship and the other is protection. When He breaks the first band the divided kingdom of Israel and Judah. The second band I believe the Lord has already broken it was the band of protection. The Lord placed a hedge around Israel and this hedge of protection has kept her from being destroyed by her neighbors hate her and want to destroy her. That hedge has been removed and interestingly enough Israel has replaced her hedge from God for a wall by men. Israel is becoming walled once more as she was in the Old Testament. Except for the prophecy of her being in the cooking pot the walls have been fairly effective but the hedge of the Lord has not yet been fully removed.

21 They have moved me to jealousy with that which is not God; They have provoked me to anger with their vanities: And I will move them to jealousy with those that are not a people; I will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation. they will have moved the Lord to jealousy by their relationship with that who is not a god. The Lord has moved the nation of Israel to jealousy during this Time of Gentiles.

22 For a fire is kindled in mine anger, And burneth unto the lowest Sheol, And devoureth the earth with its increase, And setteth on fire the foundations of the mountains. our God is a consumming fire and fire is symbolic of His Judgment. A fire that is unlike anything before or since.

23 I will heap evils upon them; I will spend mine arrows upon them: 24 [They shall be] wasted with hunger, and devoured with burning heat And bitter destruction; And the teeth of beasts will I send upon them, With the poison of crawling things of the dust. Here we are shown the beginning of The Time of Jacob's Trouble the Old Testament name for the time of the end. Jacob who is Israel is the fleshly Old Man and Israel pictured our spiritual New Man. It is time for fleshly apostate Israel to ne judged.

25 Without shall the sword bereave, And in the chambers terror; [It shall destroy] both young man and virgin, The suckling with the man of gray hairs. there will be no safety for them inside or outside. Every kind of plague and so on , famin and pestilence and anti- Christ and his demonic army of 200,000,000 million fallen angel army

26 I said, I would scatter them afar, I would make the remembrance of them to cease from among men; 27 Were it not that I feared the provocation of the enemy, Lest their adversaries should judge amiss, Lest they should say, Our hand is exalted, And Jehovah hath not done all this. The Lord would have brought the judgment on apostate Israel all ready except He did not want the enemy to think it had not been allowed to happen by the Lord. When this happens there will be no doubt who has accomplished it, the Lord Jesus.

28 For they are a nation void of counsel, And there is no understanding in them. we wonder why Israel who had all the advantages that God gave to them from His Word to His Prophets and all the rest the apostate Israel was blessed with they still rejected their Messiah and they have no understanding what is rushing upon them.

29 Oh that they were wise, that they understood this, That they would consider their latter end! they are a people who consider themselves wise but they are deceived and the deception will only grow worse as they will accept the Great Delusion, anti-Christ, consider their end. Their end in the latter days.

Yes Only Jesus can add to what Moses received from God. "The LORD would speak to Moses face to face, as one speaks to a friend" Ex 33:11. In Hebrew a word and even the letters that make up a word can have profound even infinite meaning. So if Moses give us three words, later on a prophet may give us three pages to explain to us what those three words mean. Esp David in the Psalms goes to great length to explain God's law. So we can understand the law was given for our benefit to lead us and guide us in the way of righteousness. The law was designed to shelter and protect us and keep us out of harms way.

No prophet was greater than John the Baptist, so John, according to Jesus was greater than Moses. Yet Jesus far surpassed & was greater than either one as a Prophet, Priest & King. He is God the Son, the King of kings & the Lord of lords!

Therefore, holy brothers, you who share in a heavenly calling, consider Jesus, the apostle & high priest of our confession, who was faithful to Him who appointed him, just as Moses also was faithful in all God’s house.

3For Jesus has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses—so much more glory as the builder of a house has more honor than the house itself. (For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God.)

5Now Moses was faithful in all God’s house as a servant, to testify to the things that were to be spoken later, but Christ is faithful over God’s house as a son. And we are His house, if indeed we hold fast our confidence & our boasting in our hope.

Morning! Scripture shows that the Lord designed His Law to do somethings and not to do others, It was not given the power for salvation. It is given the power to oppose us as long as we are under it. But where there is no Law their is no condemnation. Here was something else the ex-Pharisee of Pharisees was raised up to teach us.

11 For the grace of God hath appeared, bringing salvation to all men, 12 instructing us, to the intent that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly and righteously and godly in this present world; 13 looking for the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; 14 who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a people for his own possession, zealous of good works.

Grace has come bringing salvation to all men. Grace/ love is now what the redeemed are to live by and it teaches just like the Law taught but there is one small difference, I joke it is a huge difference, Grace has the Power that Law was never given by God because He designed Law not to have the power to do so. This lesson of Grace, the Royal Law of Love, not written Law is to be our Instructor. Paul is then kind enough to tell us when this doctrine is to be followed while in this present age we are looking for His return.

15 These things speak and exhort and reprove with all authority. Let no man despise thee. These things are sound doctrine and "must be taught during the age we await His Return. Paul must have been aware of how badly some people would respond and the need to not weary in doing good.

But where there is no Law their is no condemnation.
"for when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do the things in the law, these, although not having the law, are a law to themselves," Romans 2:14

The law does not save people but saved people follow the law. It is evidence that they are saved to live a life free from sin. "10 As it is written: “There is no one righteous, not even one. 11There is no one who understands, no one who seeks God." (Romans 3) If we look to see what was written David says that no one is good. Paul changes the word good to right before God. We are to live right with God and living a life well pleasing to God. Then our prayers will be a sweet aroma before the throne of God.

"For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven." (Matthew 5:20)

"19So then, whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments and teachesothers to do likewise will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. "

love interchanges with those who love our Lord. Thanks.

7 Do not they blaspheme the honorable name by which ye are called?

8 Howbeit if ye fulfil the royal law, according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself, ye do well: 9 but if ye have respect of persons, ye commit sin, being convicted by the law as transgressors.

10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one [point], he is become guilty of all.

11 For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou dost not commit adultery, but killest, thou art become a transgressor of the law.

12 So speak ye, and so do, as men that are to be judged by a law of liberty.

13 For judgment [is] without mercy to him that hath showed no mercy: mercy glorieth against judgment.

The Holy Spirit could have saved James a lot of writing if He had told James and Paul just "Tell them follow the Law." Why confuse it with things that are scary. i don't know why this is coming out bold the icon is not on. Sorry!! The truth is that anyone Jew or Gentile believer or unbeliever that keeps the Law and yet fails at just one point is guilty of breaking the entire Law. When we consider the Lord's teaching of just how easy it is to fail at just one point lust is adultery and so forth the Lord would be setting us for continual failure and condemnation and the true teaching that there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus could not be true, The written Law was designed by God not as a means of living or worshipping it was to oppose Israel, and then the Gentile nations that everyone could be held guilty of sin. Nowhere is the Sinaitic Covenant ever called a Law of Liberty because there was no mercy, as designed by God, in the Law. Do this and live is the only way under written Law. Under the Royal Law of Love we are to do no harm. And in so doing this under the Royal Law of Love we fulfill what the Law demanded of all men but only One Man could fulfill, Jesus Christ the Lamb of God. This is the one and only Law the Christian is under. Everything that is lacking in the written Law, such as the power to live godly lives in this present time as we wait the return of the Lord.

Paul summed this all up in one sentence when he said: " by dying to what once bound us, we have been released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code. (Romans 7:6) First we die to self so we can live free from sin so we can follow the spirit of the law and not the letter of the law.

Under the Royal Law of Love we are to do no harm.
Yes exactly and according to the law of attraction we are going to attract either good or evil based on how we treat others. If we are loving people will be loving to us. This is why we have Genesis Chapter 3. The tree of he knowledge of good and evil. Good is always the right choice. The Serpent tries to deceive people into making the wrong choice. They talk about Queen Esther is a type of Eve that makes all the right choices and as a result she redeems her people. What the enemy intends for evil - God intends for good.

Jesus said: "whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart." So our imagination, the thoughts of our heart has to be pure before God. "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. " (Eze26:36)

23 But before faith came, we were kept in ward under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed. the written Law puts man in a cell under condemnation. While under the jail sentence it teaches men of the Lord

24 So that the law is become our tutor [to bring us] unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. after having kept us prisoner revealing the truth about Christ the Law was to bring condemned, by the written Law, man to their Savior Jesus Christ.

25 But now faith that is come, we are no longer under a tutor. Having done this the job of the tutor, the written Law as designed by God, had fulfilled His purpose accomplishing all He desired of His written word the tutor was to be removed from the life of the believer to serve now in the way of the Spirit

The question becomes has the written Law done its job and led you to the Lord Jesus. If the written Law has accomplished that it is at an end. But if you remain under the written Law you are declaring the Law has not yet led you to our Lord Jesus our Bridegroom. As Paul shows in Romans 7 if we are under the written Law and it is like a husband to us. But we were never intended t be married to the Law and we must die to the Law to be wed to Christ. We died in Christ and have been freed from our first husband, written Law, that we might not only be wed to the Lord but be able to live for Him and to produce acceptable fruit that will not be burned in the fire causing us to suffer loss or to survive that fire and bring us reward.

Just the opposite. The law shows us the way to be free from sin and death. This is why David tells us about his love for the law of God. Because the law was designed for our benefit. To teach us the way of righteousness. When Jesus returns for His Bride she will be without spot - blemish - or wrinkle. Not because Jesus is wearing rose colored glasses. Because He gave His Blood so that she could be washed and cleansed. The white wedding garment is a reference to the flesh.

This is what Scripture speaks of as Israel was no different then the Gentile nations being uncircumcizied in heart. A circumcision done by the Holy Spirit that we have grown to know as spiritual rebirth or being born again that can only be done through faith in Jesus Christ. Re-read the interchange between our Lord and the teacher of Israel, Nicodemus. The Lord tells him he should be fully aware of the need to be re-born. How was Nic or anyone else from the O. T.? From the very books he was teaching Israel out of the O. T. The heart of stone, the written Law, for the royal Law of love written on the instrument men most often associated with love our heart. The heart of stone has no room on it for the Royal Law of Love because they cannot be combined. Dying to self is dying to that heart of stone

John 7:22
“Moses therefore gave you circumcision (not that it is from Moses, but from the fathers), and you circumcise a man on the Sabbath.

Act 7:51
Ye stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears!
Ye always resist the Holy Spirit; as your fathers did, so do ye.

HeyLambie how are you? The cartoons made my day, priceless, thanks. Even though we may disagree on some end times stuff I never fail to read your entire post. Great stuff for my Sunday dinner to feed on. Enough of this agreeing on stuff geez you think we are to dwell in unity. Speaking of unity were we not as a church meant to have unity in our understanding of His Word? That was to take place when. Good to see you.

Hello Vicky and thanks for that post.

End times are over rated, therefore many Christians miss "the forest for the "tree"" and why I don't generally debate it.
All the way from Genesis to Revelation, the Bible is a book of redemption for mankind and for us to dwell with the Creator and Son, and Yahweh was gracious enough to hand that Book to making and espcially those of us that believe unto the faith of Jesus.

==================
Genesis 2:9
And YAHWEH Elohim is causing to sprout from ground every tree being coveted to sight and good for food.
And a Tree of the Life/Lives in middle of the Garden, and a Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.
Genesis 3:24
And He is driving-out the Adam, and is causing to tabernacle from east to Garden of Eden, the Cherubim and flame of the sword, the one turning, to guard of way of Tree of the Life/Lives.

Pro 3:18
A tree of life she is to those laying hold on her, And whoso is retaining her is happy.
Pro 11:30
The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, And whoso is taking souls is wise.
Pro 13:12
Hope prolonged is making the heart sick, And a tree of life is the coming desire.
Pro 15:4
A healed tongue is a tree of life, And perverseness in it -- a breach in the spirit.
============
Revelation 2:7
“The one having ear, let him hear! what the Spirit is saying to the Assemblies/Out-Calleds.
To the one conquering I shall be giving to him to be eating out of the Tree/Wood<3586> of the Life which is being in midst to the Paradise of the God

Revelation 22:2
In middle/midst of the broad-street of it, and of the river, hence and thence, a Wood/Tree<3586> of Life producing/doing twelve fruits, according to month each rendering the fruit of it. And the leaves of the Tree/Wood into cure of the Nations.

Revelation 22:14

Blessed/Happy are those rinsing their robes that it shall be the authority of them upon the Tree/Wood<3586> of the Life and to the Gates they may be entering into the City

Kindgdom Bible Studies Lambs Book of Life Part 1
THE BOOK OF THE LIFE OF THE LAMB

"And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his heads the names of blasphemy. And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the Book of the Life of the Lambkin slain from the foundation of the world" (Rev. 13:1,8).
According to the Emphatic Diaglott the correct rendering of the latter part of this passage is: "The Book of the Life of the Lamb." Now, what is meant by this term – THE BOOK OF THE LIFE OF THE LAMB? The wise man said, "...of the making of many books there is no end..." (Eccl. 12:12). The book stores are filled to overflowing today with all types of books dealing with every aspect of earthly life. Even in the church world there are books setting forth every kind of viewpoint relating to God, the Bible, doctrine, Christian experience, and church order. However the subject material of most of these books largely contains a message of religious tradition and spiritual death. But God is also producing a book – a book containing a message of life. For the past two millenniums God, by His Holy Spirit, has been writing portions of this Book in the minds and hearts of His people.
=======================
The Tree of the Knowledge of Good & Evil.
We read about two trees in the garden of Eden. After Adam and Eve ate from the Tree of Knowledge then they were banned from the garden least they eat of tree of life and live forever in the condition they were in.

Usually we hear that Adam and Eve sinned and so Jesus had to go to Calvary to pay the price for that sin. Yet there are people, esp the Hebrew people that believe creation was already in a fallen condition and Adam made a choice to become a part of that so that he could become a part of the cure. 1Peter4:13 "But rejoice inasmuch as you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when his glory is revealed."

Either way they made a choice so I am not sure where calvinists say God predestine them and they had no choice. Still I think we need a lot better understanding of what was going on in Eden and just what the knowledge of good and evil has to do with the tree of life.

Gentiles who do not have the Law. Of course this does not mean the Redeemed are lawless it means the written Law was never given to us. We have been given the Royal Law as expressed in the Beatitudes. We have not come to the flaming terrifying Mount Sinai but Christians keep wanting to go there anyhow. Beats me. But I love all His children.

One other consideration if our righteousness must exceed that of the Pharisees which Pharisee? Is an average score for all Pharisees? Do we get to exclude Paul's "as to the Law perfect." Darn opens up so much more to pray on.

Hi again lloj, could you do a study on the tree of knowledge please.

I agree end times is not easy and yet as an encouragement revelation has a blessing attached. The only prophecy in all Scripture that covers Israel's and the Churches history I think is important. I never see any real teachings on this unbelievable revelation. Maybe it has something to do with the church age over in two verses. Not trying to sway you respect what you have to say. thanks

10 He found him in a desert land, And in the waste howling wilderness; He compassed him about, he cared for him, He kept him as the apple of his eye. 11 As an eagle that stirreth up her nest, That fluttereth over her young, He spread abroad his wings, he took them, He bare them on his pinions. The Eagle in Scripture pictures God. The Lord desired to gather Jerusalem under His wings but she refused. Helpless and hopeless He saved him through Grace This is a recurring theme of the Lord seeking to gather His people.

12 Jehovah alone did lead him, And there was no foreign god with him. No one will claim that they aided God and Israel can't claim they met these foreign gods they came to worship through the Lord.

What the Good Shepherd did blessed him with the best gifts we should think not just of temporal blessings but of the Words of God, the Prophets and so much more.

15 But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked: Thou art waxed fat, thou art grown thick, thou art become sleek; Then he forsook God who made him, And lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation. Jeshurun is a poetic name for Israel. The name means Upright. But Israel took those gifts and waxed fat, grew thick and became sleek. Being a harlot is described in like manner. The Holy City has become a harlot Israel came to this is spiritual harlotry. We are shown in the Revelation the spiritual condition of Babylon the great harlot. The Great City that is identified spiritually as Sodom and Egypt. He had nothing outwardly to draw men to Him the Rock of their salvation. We know there is other name that men maybe saved by.

16 They moved him to jealousy with strange [gods]; With abominations provoked they him to anger. 17 They sacrificed unto demons, [which were] no God, To gods that they knew not, To new [gods] that came up of late, Which your fathers dreaded not. here we are told of the harlotries she committed. What their fathers had done was not enough for them and they went and worshipped even more than their fathers had committed harlotries with.

18 Of the Rock that begat thee thou art unmindful, And hast forgotten God that gave thee birth. 19 And Jehovah saw [it], and abhorred [them], Because of the provocation of his sons and his daughters. 20 And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be: For they are a very perverse generation, Children in whom is no faithfulness. they esteemed the Lord not at all and this has been afforded by their forgetting the Lord who has been revealing Himself through His Word but through Himself beginning in the Garden of Eden. The Lord saw their rejection of the Son and said He would hide His face from them and let the terrors that are going to come upon them to run their course. Without faith it is impossible to please God but it can't be just faith in anyone or anything it is faith in the Son and the One who sent Him. No one can seriously argue that there has been and continues to be an apostate majority of Israel as well as a faithful remnant. the faithful remnant will be saved on that day while the apostate portion will be completely destroyed by anti-Christ.

a study on the tree of knowledge
Genesis Chapter one begins with the word: Beginning.
Genesis Chapter three begins with the word: Serpent.
We have four words to deal with in terms of the tree itself.
(Tree - knowledge - good - evil )
There are 14 letters here we can study the meaning of.
The first letter is the Vov: this represents the man standing, connecting Heaven and Earth.
Knowledge begins with the letter Hei, in English HAY when we want to get someone attention.
God made Heaven and Earth, Man and Women, Good and Evil.
