Peace in Christ.
The “holy”….to be separate for our sanctification…commandment of the Father is given here by Jesus in John 14:31 .
His commandment is this: “Arise, let us go from here.”
We are to arise and depart from the man-based churches where His life is not being made manifest in the flesh of anyone that is being deceived by them. No flesh is being saved in them. We can then shine His light to the people of the outside world.
Joh 14:31 KJV
(31) But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.
His commandment….His holy commandment…is life age-lasting. There is no life in staying put in the man-based churches.
Joh 12:49-50 KJV
(49) For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak.
(50) And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.
What agreement do we (we the temple of God) have with them as they keep and worship their church handwritings of ordinances/dogmas? (their “images” such as “statements of faith”)
2Co 6:16-18 KJV
(16) And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
We are to come out from among them and be separate (to be “holy”….to be sanctified.) This is the holy commandment delivered to us. We are not to turn from it but DO it.
(17) Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
(18) And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
We are to be the “vessels of the LORD”….to make manifest the Lord to the outside world in our mortal bodies (the earthen vessels).
But first we are to hear and DO His commandment to be separate from them…to depart, depart…
Isa 52:11 KJV
(11) Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch no unclean thing; go ye out of the midst of her; be ye clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD.
Let us not turn away from the holy commandment that is delivered for us to keep.
This is the way of righteousness….and we are already told that only the FEW will find that way that leads to His life being made manifest to this dark and dying world.
When we leave, don’t shrink back to the man-based churches no matter their promises they make to you….or their flattery…or their “terror.” Don’t shrink back to them out of fear when their persecutions arise.
2Pe 2:20-21 KJV
(20) For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.
(21) For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.
Don’t be afraid of their “terror” nor be troubled as they will speak evil of us in their persecutions for leaving them. Always be followers of that which is good. Do not render evil for their evil. In doing so, we exalt the Son.
1Pe 3:13-14 KJV
(13) And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good?
(14) But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled;
Let us “GO FORTH” unto Him outside the “camp” (a temporary place) bearing His reproach. They will persecute us for leaving them….but we participate in the sufferings of Christ as we do not return evil for their evil. We instead are looking for a continuing city...and not a "camp" stayover. We are looking to stay here in this earth with an age-lasting mortal life while they are looking forward to "die and go to heaven"...completely missing the point of the gospel. We are born again to a LIVING HOPE....not a dying one.
Heb 13:13-16 KJV
(13) Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach.
(14) For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come.
(15) By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
(16) But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
This is the way of righteousness. Do not fear them nor their reproach. Do not fear their revilings of you. They will be judged for their wickedness that will come back upon their own heads.
Isa 51:
(7) Hearken unto me, ye that know righteousness, the people in whose heart is my law; fear ye not the reproach of men, neither be ye afraid of their revilings.
(8) For the moth shall eat them up like a garment, and the worm shall eat them like wool: but my righteousness shall be for ever, and my salvation from generation to generation.
We are to hear Him attentively and follow after righteousness….to depart, depart from them…the way of righteousnes.
Isa 51:1-2 KJV
(1) Hearken to me, ye that follow after righteousness, ye that seek the LORD: look unto the rock whence ye are hewn, and to the hole of the pit whence ye are digged.
The Lord tells us to look unto Abraham and unto Sarah. God called Abraham alone and blessed him and increased him. We also are called just like Abraham was.
(2) Look unto Abraham your father, and unto Sarah that bare you: for I called him alone, and blessed him, and increased him.
What was the call made to Abram?
To “get out” out of his country and from his kindred and from his father’s house unto a land (EARTH) that He would show him.
We are to also get out of our church fathers’ houses that we were “born” in….and from those who attend them….our “kindred.”
The earth will then become a place that flows with milk and honey rather than bear “thorns and thistles” towards us (as it did when we were keeping company with the man-based churches).
Gen 12:1-4 KJV
(1) Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:
We will then inherit the promises that were made to Abram.
And the son that is promised is the Son …God’s Son. He shall send Jesus Christ to us as promised. We will then manifest His life to this world…and through Him, He gives us power over the nations. We shall receive the promise of His coming/PRESENCE.
(2) And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
(3) And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
(4) So Abram departed, as the LORD had spoken unto him; and Lot went with him: and Abram was seventy and five years old when he departed out of Haran.
We must have faith like Abraham and DEPART, DEPART from them. AFTER we obey and go out, we shall receive an inheritance....the promises of Abraham are ours as well.
Heb 11:8 KJV
(8) By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.
The holy commandment is the “law that shall proceed” from Him. It is delivered for us to keep…to do.
Isa 51:4-5 KJV
(4) Hearken unto me, my people; and give ear unto me, O my nation: for a law shall proceed from me, and I will make my judgment to rest for a light of the people.
(5) My righteousness is near; my salvation is gone forth, and mine arms shall judge the people; the isles shall wait upon me, and on mine arm shall they trust.
Then the LORD shall comfort us. Joy and gladness shall be found therein.
Isa 51:2-3 KJV
(2) Look unto Abraham your father, and unto Sarah that bare you: for I called him alone, and blessed him, and increased him.
(3) For the LORD shall comfort Zion: he will comfort all her waste places; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the LORD; joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody.
The world can then “see” the Lord through us….and the people of this world will bring forth good things towards us.
His “visage”…His view…was so marred before by the man-based churches who are not shining His light to the people of the outside world.
The form of Christ is not being seen by them by looking at the man-based churches. The glory of God does not appear over them. The people of the outside world only see darkness when they look at the man-based churches where His life is not being made manifest. The Son of man is "going away"...sinking out of sight....among the man-based churches where His manifest life is being cut off from appearing to the world.
Isa 52:12-15 KJV
(12) For ye shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight: for the LORD will go before you; and the God of Israel will be your rereward.
But if we lift Him up, then the kings of this earth shall shut their mouths at Him….for what they had not been told, they shall SEE. They will see and consider. They shall see His life...His light...shining through us. They will see His "form"...and have the knowledge of the glory of God shine unto them. The believers among them will be saved.
(13) Behold, my servant shall deal prudently, he shall be exalted and extolled, and be very high.
(14) As many were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men:
(15) So shall he sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their mouths at him: for that which had not been told them shall they see; and that which they had not heard shall they consider.
We exalt Him when we keep His sacrifice…dying to sin. IF we lift Him up, He will draw all people unto Him. We become a light for Him….and the people of the outside world will be drawn to that light.
Joh 12:32-33 KJV
(32) And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.
(33) This he said, signifying what death he should die.
