The problem with the sin issue is "only God" basically...
"Only God" knows whether you should be held accountable and judged for this or that sin, ect, or whether you will be, ect, for this or that, ect... Being the perfect judge He will take into account "all factors" of an individual life/case when He is judging, something were not capable of doing... And should not be doing IMO...
You may be held accountable for some things, some sin in your life, besides just believing alone... But, can we say, no we cannot, only God can, and that's the problem...
So, be aware that you "might" be held accountable for some sin or sins in your life, though, if your a believer I do not think "all of them", and it may depend greatly on, or very much upon your "attitude" when being judged, IDK...?
But only God and only God can know those or these things, and we need to be aware that we might be held accountable for some things, some sins, but if we are it is only God who would know it exactly and perfectly, for none of us can (do it that way)...
I do not believe everyone will be judged due to what "we might think is" "judged the same" (when it is actually not), but everyone will be judged the same, or that is, "fairly", by God, and by "fairly" I mean by His taking into account all factors of every individual life, which would appear to us that we are being judged differently, when actually, we are not be judged differently, but the same and fairly...
Anyway, judgement is not simple at all, and is best left up to God, for it is not our place to judge when we don't have to... Don't be so quick to deal out death and judgement, for if and when you do, you put your own soul in jeopardy... Leave it to God, and just tell the truth is saying you do not know and cannot say for sure if someone will be judged by God for this or that sin or the other, you can tell them they might be, but you just cannot say...
God Bless!
