Essentially, all Assembly of God Christians are Pentecostal, but not all Pentecostal Christians are A of G.

I know there are many Pentecostal denominations that are historically African American, such as the Church of God in Christ.

I don’t know if they recognize being in communion with one another, since SOME Pentecostal denominations, such as the United Pentecostal Church, reject the Holy Trinity.

Is my understanding correct?

I think this is where the 2nd geatest commandment comes in. Christ said both these commandments sum up the law. So some apply to when God is to be God and some when it involves neighbours. If we are loving God with all our hearts and minds and strength then we are loving our neighbours.

In fact this is what Christs represents and mentions this with the good Samaritan. Saving the Jews from the Nazis seems to echo this. Helping a dispised race of people when no one else would dare.

If for example you did lie to protect the Jews in your attic but later it was discovered you were lying to protect the Jews. It would lead to you being perhaps jailed or even executed. Is that not the greatest love that someone has laid down their life for another.

I think it depends on what is considered a lie. Isn't that a subjective determination. Yes a lie is a lie but what is a lie lol.

Biblically? The answer is no.

The Hebrew word (sheqer) for “lie” a “falsehood” is related to a root “to deal falsely.” Leviticus 19:11 “you shall not lie to one another.”

Proverbs 12:22 “Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord.”

There are several more OT verses

Colossians 3:9 “9 [a]Do not lie to one another, since you stripped off the old [b]self with its evil practices.”

Greek meaning: “communicate what is false, including communication with the evident purpose of misleading, deceit, speak falsely, to speak deliberate falsehoods.”

There’s a meaning of “lie” from verses of the Bible, rendering your appeal to subjective nearly vacuous.

Now, with that Biblical meaning of lie, what is now your reply? What’s your reply to my post now?

You haven't answered or proven it was progressive thing. Lots of Dems are hard on crime.

In the 2008 trial, DeWalt was sentenced to life in prison, but the law required that the indictment had to be by a grand jury to get the enhanced sentence of life. On appeal, the sentence of life was removed and he had to be resentenced, which had to be 12 years. It was a more technical reason, not progressive anything.

Your title is deceptive. Don't just assume sentences are because of progressive politics. Court procedures matter a great deal.
