You're right, Christ only instituted one Church-the Catholic Church. Mankind divided it, and if you are not Catholic, you are one of the separated.
All those you name point us to Jesus. None of them diminishes who Jesus is, or how He speaks to us.
We aren't just talking about all religions are any religion, but the right religion. We are talking about the Church that Christ established having authority. You see we don't just have a relationship with Christ, but with the Church that he established, with the communion of saints, and with its institution (yes it is a visible church as well).
I'm not a ma'am, ma'am. But they have distinct functions. Jesus never spoke for the Father without His authority. The Father, though, created His Son's mother perfect, immaculate, and that's why we honor Mary.

Catholic teaching is that one becomes born again at their baptism, baptism of desire (if you die wishing for baptism), or baptism of blood (martyrdom).
That is actually saying quite a bit. So is saying that she is full of grace. So is saying that she is blessed among women. So is saying that all nations will call her blessed. Gee, for the few scriptures about her, it seems they pack in quite a punch.
