Perhaps if we discussed the issues we have with CF staff here we may get answers we cant get elsewhere. What a great idea

And if it were contained to one thread, like this one, which is basically like the elsewhere thread, I think it could work.

The reason Elsewhere is popular is because it is a level playing field. If we could have a thread here that was based on that idea, I think most/many of us would be happy.

OH you have hit it so hard right here--- I feel guilty.

No need to feel guilty.

We all have a tendency to control & take something & make it in to our own image or desires.

It just never works.

You have to take the good with the bad.

It took me awhile to realize that but when I did I saw that I was not relying on reflecting my faith enough & trying to take the reins myself.

It's just futile.

I got enough logs in my own backyard to haul off without looking for splinters in haystacks.

Change within one's self tends to make one view things differently & helps with the peeve factor. That is one thing we can all do I reckon.

My experiences are quite the opposite, but then, because of them, I cannot begin to appreciate your evaluation, although I will fight to the death for your right to express it...without calling in a swarm of my posse to multiple post up in your face challenges to submit links to prove what you say.

Afraid? Why should any person be afraid of IIDB? It is the people who make ~elsewhere~, people to be wary of perhaps?
I seem to recall any person who was a hard working member of staff being slandered there.
I also recall one person being called Murron the Moron.
It is also to be recalled that a person with a viscious agenda against an ex mod was invited to ~elsewhere~by another member in order to have other mods sympathise with her and plan her revenge on the mod in question. The Mod left CF never to return, although I believe she does return now and then if she is asked to send a few blessings to a newbie here.
It is interesting to note how many mods of CF post there.

Yeah, that whole Teds thing was pretty messed up.

And it's a good thing we can blast away over at IIDB! Image we did that here on CF - we'd be banned ASAP! ... But maybe that's what staff would wish we would do so to get rid of those "loud few"

I will tell you why, because people fear people? Yes. I have known that for a long time. The tongue is a small member but can slash a person's heart out, actions afterwards bayonet the almost dead body.
No? Then I will say this, what has been done on IIDB to some people is irrepairable. What has been done to some members on CF is irrepairable.
I have heard it all and know it all backwards. Why do you think I use a proxy on the Internet?
