True. They often need the choir to stay motivated, regardless of whether they follow God's truth or their own. Without each other they soon drift away, still not having the true connection to God in themselves.

The wolves are the teachers you say that I should follow. I follow teachers. I follow Jesus and his apostles and David and the prophets
A bit of truth? You seem to be fashioning yourself as without the need of doctrinal correction, with instruction on the Word and its interpretation, without instruction on how to live according the faith. Why then do you suggest something of spiritual gifts?
Team players often living within a worldly government using God to control the masses. The saints and true followers of the Kingdom were often said to be on the narrow path and called haters of man for a reason. They were of a counter-culture to the traditions of man. Actually an institution seems to demand loyalty to itself first before even, if ever, giving the secret to salvation that Jesus made so simple that it would seem as a result, these governments served no purpose.
I think some have problem with isolation. It can be appropriate for a time, but we are encouraged not to forsake the assembly of the brethren for we grow up to the full stature of Christ as a body, not a single unit.

The reason for churches is to encourage us not to sin and to love each other. I have the holy spirit for that. I've grown up in Christ. If I go to church and preach against politics I won't be welcomed. So it's not me forsaking anything. Also, the church is divided over politics and thats not loving each other. Also no one teaches them to repent. So what can they possibly help me do?
Secret to salvation? It's public declaration, those who claim there is a secret have always been opposed by the public traditions. And the institutions were built around the tradition, not the other way around. Certainly there have been mixed loyalties and enemies in the ranks, but the visible church as imperfect as it is remains a necessity for teaching, confession, reproof. Those who imagine themselves solely being led by the spirit while denying the corporate movement of the spirit only serve to deceive themselves.
Im looking for perfection
All they need do is tell the people as Jesus did, to put the will of God ahead of their own, thus treating each other as they would want God to treat them. Then cut them loose to spread that gospel also as Jesus commanded. After all, it was his Gospel of the Kingdom.
Everything Paul teaches brings us into the kingdom. Sadly people prefer theological divisions and political strife.
People complicate our simple doctrine. If I were preaching I would want it to be as simple as possible to understand. You shouldn't need a theology degree to understand what someone is saying. Scripture is lovely however.
