Does this verse mean if we leave our family or our house for Jesus we will go to Heaven?

No, but it means we need to be prepared to sacrifice even as much as our relationships with our own family for our beliefs if they interfere with them.

I just remembered this post after playing through Super Mario 3D World. I don't even have that level yet. You must have to collect a ton of items to unlock it!

Speaking of, after my seven night run at work, I decided on a whim to relax via a playthrough of Super Mario Bros. 3 on an SNES emulator. First time in many a year, as you might imagine. Went through every last level, too, for the full adventure experience. ^-^

Being 37 years old and not having played it since probably 2008 when I LP'ed it with Lantis for his YT channel (whereas I did not start my own channel until four years later), I think I did pretty well only dying 20 or so times and finishing the game in 3.5 hours, with, like, 80 lives left.


Maybe next time I'll do SMB World, and try to discover every secret level.

Yup I downloaded it onto my wii a few yrs ago and used to play it all the time.
I dont play wii much anymore though,so after unplugging it last yr due to electical work being done never plugged it back in again.

I am about to try out Wendy's Frosty cereal for the first time ever, and then go to sleep in preparation for three nights shifts in a row. ... Thankfully the person who was going to be out for two full weeks over a "jammed thumb" recanted that and is coming back early such that I do not have to go for four nights in a row instead. Wish me luck. ^-^

My former crush Erin is likely to be there for tonight's shift, and we have been getting along well so far since I let her know that she no longer has need to worry about my clingy self.

^-^ I have thankfully felt no resurgence of romantic feelings in the past four months or so since the Lord prompted me to let go, other than just thinking of her as a beautiful sight to behold (which I feel as such towards pretty much all of my female friends, of course), but still, may I ask that you all pray for this path to continue on as it has. And also that I'll make it through the next three nights just fine at work, safety-wise and in terms of doing everything right so as to cause no trouble for myself and have to deal with unwanted attention from superiors.

That's awesome, I bet you enjoyed playing it! You did way better than me! I played the GBA version and I'm terrible at it. I've been hopelessly stuck on one very annoying level for years.

You should play Super Mario World next! I always liked that one (even if I'm not good at it either, lol).
