I’m sure there’s keyboards for the 100-200 range. If you can get a Yamaha, they make good instruments. I own a Yamaha guitar amp and you’d be hard-pressed to get a bad sound out of it.

Hmmm, I want one that has a drum pad built into it too...and can do synth stuff.

I’ve been looking on the internet, and it seems many keyboard/drum pad combos come with 61 keys, which is 2 octaves less than a regular 88-key piano.

No, I don't think so...i'm alright with 61 keys, I'm just a beginner so that should suffice to workout this theory I'm learning and have a little fun with it.

Yeah, that's my 'natural' state, even though that's not me in the picture. See how high the shoulders are carried?

I did that for YEARS and it has caused malformation of a couple of my vertebrae and now thanks to inflammation, the nerves going to my shoulders and down my elbows are impinged. It hurts. A lot.

Stress, anxiety, and fear is what did it. Always tense. Always on the alert. Always looking out for the next assault. Always in a defensive posture. Years and years and years.

Nothing to do when it wakes me up in the middle of the night but to get up, take some medicine, utilize my therapeutics, and putter around on the Internet. *waves*
