... Rich people make me sick. This is the rough equivalent of me earning enough to fully pay off the nice little Mazda I own over again for every time that I - needing only moderate care and focus, mind you - transfer a few milliliters of one substance into a flask containing another substance using a 2-cent disposable pipette at my job. Which occurs anywhere from 50 to 100 times a shift and takes only a few seconds to do.

How can you restrict your ire to a vessel who had no input on its construction? Why are you bothered by the reward society has given to the Holy One’s creation?

It would seem more sensible to direct your frustration to its Master. I don’t know how you can separate the two.

I wasn't being that serious, Lady Bella. Of course I am not actually frustrated by this. I realize I have been quite blessed when it comes to money, in that I am at least able to live quite comfortably with a sturdy roof over my head.


.... In all seriousness, however, may I ask you all for prayers, especially to get through work tonight okay, as I believe I just suffered from minor food poisoning. The attack it caused seems to have passed, but, still feeling that general weakness and soreness in the aftermath.

How are you doing? Is the discomfort abating?

You are kind to remember this from yesterday and still see how I am faring even now. I have been fine since starting work yesterday, thank you, Lady Bella.

Although, may I ask for your prayers that everything go well the last two days I have to go in this stretch. Especially considering two or three unusual situations have occurred over the weekend that I had to handle, and you never know how Nel is going to change his mind from one day to the next on how in detail us poor lab laborers "should have" taken care of them. Please pray that I won't have to hear from him when I return tonight. He really is difficult to deal with, and being gotten on to - justly or unjustly - in a work environment is always naturally stressful.
