I don't think that is necessarily the answer to an anxiety disorder. It's more complex than that, in my opinion.
Even if its not necessarily the answer, it can be the answer or a significant part of it.

Specific dietary changes helped with my anxieties and I know of many other people with similar experience. Its worth the try.

Thank you for the recommendation! As someone with an anxiety disorder, I appreciate your suggestion. :)

Glad you had fun, but the heart is a tricky situation. Time and communication will reveal. The hardest part is timing.

I'm so sorry to hear. I hope when the time comes that someone thanks you, you'll be able to hang onto that encouragement.

Thank you very much, Sampa; you are so sweet!

I get frustrated with life sometimes. Why couldn't I have been normal instead of getting this anxiety disorder? It's been such a headache for my whole family, and it feels like I'll never get the help I need. Over 11 years now and it still hasn't happened.

 to you, my fellow knight.

Thank you everyone for the prayers. I appreciate it.:purpleheart:

Lent is getting close already. Ash Wednesday is on Valentine's Day, so Valentine's Day treats will have to be a little early or late.

Now writing chapter 24, and getting close to the story's halfway point. I don't have a lot of ideas for upcoming chapters, though, so I hope I think of some soon!

As @angelsaroundme and other gamers here might appreciate ^-^, I started playing this sort of tactical RPG that a friend on Steam gifted me back at Christmas, called DioField Chronicle. Naturally, what stood out to me the most was when this vision of loveliness joined my party - a kind and caring lady paladin of sorts who saw the corrupt doings of her church and left in disgust, BUT did not use that as an excuse to abandon her faith in (whatever the god of this game's universe is) her god, a concept I really admire and would personally like to see more in game stories that seemingly make out religion itself, as an ideal, to be inherently bad or corrupt. This way, with Catherine, the story seems more to admit that god or faith in a god isn't in itself bad - it's just fallible humans who can act poorly in that god's name, but shouldn't automatically reflect on the god or the church itself.

Catherine is my new VG crush.:love2:

It's always great to see hopeful or positive depictions of faith. :) I think a lot of people are finding God these days as the world becomes crazier, the light shining clearer as the darkness grows around it. Anyways, always nice to hear game recommendations. Glad you're enjoying it.

I searched Biblical Marriage vs Traditional Marriage in Google Images & all the results are since there's polygamy in the Bible, Christians aren't following the Bible ._______________.

"There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus" has been in my head a lot lately.

Last night I had a dream I was in school & had to memorize Romans 8 for the class
(I was trying to earlier this year, a book I was reading recommended it)
