Ugh, I am so paranoid to be in my room now...

I think I have decided I'm going to shut down all my online dating accounts except for the one that has a high price on it and you lose the free membership forever if you don't check in every 30 days. I haven't been on since the beginning of September and tried to give it a go last night, but I just can't.

I told myself December of 2019 I would give it a try for 3 years and see what happens after that. I've had some good experiences and some bad. Nothing horrific except my heart being broken summer of 2020 by a guy that chose another woman a thousand miles away. I would not take back that experience though. I've also made some friends that I'm in touch with. But with me being in a gym membership and in public places now I do not feel comfortable with my photo being in the public space. Too many weirdos have approached me in the past public spaces without that I can't imagine with it being there. So for my safety and comfort level, I think this is best. Also I have way too many doctors appointments that I'm trying to finish for the year with my deductible being met. One of the sites gave me a free offer for a month of counseling, and I think I'm going to take the site up on it and focus on things happening organically for the next year. Openness to people in the way that I talk to them, building relationships around me in my church, and just overall physical and mental wellness. Too many physical issues that need to be worked out and hopefully by the end of the year I can be running again.

My optometrist said that something is off with me because I'm usually very cheerful and talking about baking cookies this time of year. She referred me to some kind of pharmacist that has natural remedies and has worked with other women she's referred after two visits. We'll see what happens for the next year. Sometimes you just have to let go (dating sites).

Lots of changes coming for 2023. Working on my relationship with the Lord little by little. Disciplines of quiet time, fellowship, Christian music in the morning... I'm working on little by little. I pray it's the Lord's will to restore some of those disciplines that have been weak since 2020.

Just deleted a large portion of online dating accounts. It was hard to do as one of them I had only paid one month membership but had full access. So if I ever decide I want to use that side I will have to pay again and no guarantees for full access. One of them I had unintentionally signed up for a whole year.

Good to be chatting with you again! I’m alright these days. Life definitely didn’t go as hoped or planned and I went through some low seasons, but I’m well lately for the most part. Aside from the rocky recovery, how are you?

Okay, firstly, I'm not "crossdressing"-- I'm dressed as a pirate-- My hat just happens to have a lace bow that's shaped like a flower with some lace frills. Savvy?
Also, some face jewels in a neat pattern around my brow.
And I may or may not be wearing the lace choker necklace as a forearm wristband over my labcoat instead of around my neck. Lol

I'm secure enough to wear something girly and have fun with it for my friends/coworkers sake. Savvy?
