I hate time. Time either moves too slow or too fast. I've always had time anxiety. I can't wait till time goes away forever. (Hard to comprehend, but apparently it's true from a Christian perspective)

Does the Bible say directly that time will go away? What if it's just that time is transformed? I sympathize with your time anxiety, but for me it's more because anticipation and anxiety of earth-shattering or disruptive life events.

I'm struggling w/ the concept of perfection in heaven / the new earth.

Oh yeah. If we all are perfect, why do we think such would be an inherently good or desirable thing? When you really think about it, wouldn't it be boring if everyone had the same status, height, race/ethnicity, culture, etc.? Doesn't that sound like Communism?
