Call me crazy/paranoid/fundamentalist, but better safe than sorry (1 Cor. 13:6-13, Deut. 18:9-15, Eph. 5:6-20, 6:10-20, John 3:16-19, 10:10, Lev. 19:26, 19:31). Isn't The Holy Bible the infallible word of God (Josh. 24:15, 2 Tim. 3:16-17)?

@Multifavs , I recommend giving these a try for your anxiety, just believe it works (Heb. 11, Luke 17:5-6, Mark 11:12-25, Matt. 14:22-33, 17:19-21):

"The Lord rebuke you." (Jude 1:8-10, Zech. 3:1-2)

"In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, it is written, 'For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. Amen.'" (Eph. 6:18-20, John 15:16-17, Luke 4:1-13, Mark 11:24-25, Matt. 4:1-11, 6:5-15, 2 Tim. 1:7)

If none of these work at all, then medication and therapy are better options. We're still biological beings (Col. 4:14, Isa. 55:8-9, Mark 9:28-29, Matt. 6:10, 17:19-21).

I have browsed though the book a bit and I can already say some of the things I read struck a chord with me.

I’m working on shelf stable items. I don’t like canned food (I’ll tolerate tomatoes or beans for chili). We need meals and ingredients I can throw together or heat up in a pinch.
Some will be ready to eat or require water and a little cooking.
