What's the deal with a friend who always calls you, is impossible to get a hold with, is very friendly when you're called, and controls things? Weird. I'll take it for face value.

Wow, I had no idea there was another one today.

As it stands now, I only feel bad for the families of the 9 dead, 7 injured.... there is one dead I can't feel bad for. I can't celebrate it, but that 1 DID bring their own outcome by choice to do what they did.

I suspect more and ore instances like this in the future unfortunately.

The bright side to such tragic events..... those that died for Christ are being rewarded at the moment and forever. Still sad they met their end in such a tragic and senseless manner, but at least they themselves are done with the suffering associated with this world.

Of course the vultures, or the PC term for them "Politicians" want to use such events to further their purposes to take guns from law abiding citizens. Criminals don't follow laws, if they did..... there would be no murder and no need for strict gun laws..... guns are tools, they are neither good nor evil. Their use is based solely on the heart of the one wielding them.

Evil hardened hearts will do evil, laws will not stop them.

OMM: I have to wash clothes and pack my bags before I head to the beach for the weekend today to finish the final scenes for the newest movie.

Also, watching an infomercial for a coloring book for adults and they are selling it as "You can even color it and give it as a gift!"

If some grown person handed me a page from a coloring book as a gift.... Id be thinking "Oh yeah, its time for you to be sent to the old folks home. You done lost your mind."

Its one thing when a child runs up to you all proud and says they colored you a picture and give it to you. Its another when a grown person does it.

But this needs to be. Family events are big deals, you have to navigate them properly or risk causing great offence.

Or is it only my family who have rigid, unwritten rules when it comes to such things. I know my parents would be most unhappy that someone not linked to the family by marriage or blood had been invited, and I know they'd be expressing their disgruntlement all week long.

Mostly because, you know, it's family. For family. For people with strong links to the family. Not just a stray* someone has taken pity on.

Why do they have to have such lovely ladies on TV? Im not really complaining...... its just against my nature to not pursue a lady I am attracted too.(While single)........ some how "Hey, baby" just wont work talking to my TV.

Hmmm, kind of strange.

A "friend" of mine that used to be my boss suddenly has stopped hanging out with a friend and I after we no longer work for the company.

We used to hang out with this guy ALL the time.... now he no longer wants to help with movie stuff and doesn't want to go hang out with us at the beach.

The more that people start acting odd, the more Im thinking my friend and I were set up to get fired. Sad thing is, I think it all revolves around a woman that likes me and not my ex boss.

The last time movie things were being done he suddenly had to "go out of town" now that we are heading to the beach.... suddenly he has a girl friend no one has seen...... Im all for someone living their life, however.... when someones behavior is off and they are blatantly blowing you off just after people being fired, it seems like it was set up that way intentionally.

He had nothing to do with the firing (at least not directly or known) and has no reason to feel "awkward" about it and want to avoid us.

I was also told that since one plan they had to "stop me from joking and flirting with this woman" didn't work they would find another way to stop it.

Had they have talked to me I would have cut back. The lady herself didn't have a problem with it. (I asked her directly and a friend asked her before that) Both times she said she had no problem with it. Even when I told her that "we were no longer allowed to work next to eachother" she said "Why?" When I told her because people have a problem with it she said "If I dont have a problem with it, who's business is it?

The problem is, they didn't say a thing to me. They simply plotted and planned behind my back how to make it stop when its none of their business.

Yeah, its possible that he is simply living life. Thats not the issue. The issue is all this "oddness" looks like it was all planned.

That must be frustrating. What're they debating you about?

Three things are on the brain tonight:
1) Will it ever, ever stop raining? Joaquin is one of those uninvited guests that never had a welcome to wear out in the first place, and won't ever just leave.
2) I finished reading through a blog I used to keep about ten years ago, and wow, God's brought me a long way. I still wrestle with some of the same things, but I've become much, much wiser in general.
3) The Netflix Android app CANNOT be taking EIGHT HOURS to update!!! Cannot.
