I was invited to an Intervarsity bible study thing.
I thought about it and it didn't work out.
It's really weird though, I almost think part of it (not really) is because I'm white, as they seem to really press for minorities, and I'd literally would have been the only white person out of 30+ people. Like I look at the photos they took of the BBQ I didn't go to, and all the shots showed a single white person in almost an effort to balance it out. I enjoy minorities, different cultures, and in the end don't see races just different people. I'd like my spouse to be a minority, from a different country, or be different.
But it's kind of weird how it is, how I was invited, and how the photos were shot.

The the leader who invited me posted a stance on FB with how we can't tolerate seeing racism against Micronesians in Hawai'i. I totally agree! But what about the minority of white people lol? I mean seriously. His focus was on that, but I see he's aiming a telescope at small problem, and not acknowledging the full picture.

Also he mentions Hawai'i and it's illegal occupation.
If it wasn't occupied the Japanese would have probably slaughtered everyone or the Russians would have taken it. Japan is good now that things have changed (I want to visit there again soon), but before it would have easily happened, and then there wouldn't have been a Hawai'i left per say.

Dang it!
I'm avoiding the whole thing. Since I see somebody who might have a good heart, but I see his perspective as a bit warped since I could mention my opinion, and probably get looked at like I'm wearing no clothes or whatever.

The Wii U is nothing like the old Wii, which I also had. Gosh I remember the first playstation and the the very first grand theft auto, I don't like the xbox but M wanted it, having 3 boys I have a a ray of different stuff lol

I think my EX is hoping we get back together *sigh* he is my best friend at times but then others I could glady choke him, with his problems though he does seem to be sorting them out, I hope he is more for his sake, I wouldn't like to live with his demons,

Yep, those days of the PS1 are the exact reason I am tied to the playstation. Most everyone I know has an Xbox and they scream "PUSH A" Im all..... :mmh: I need a translator... is that the X,O,square or triangle button on the PS controller?

But its okay.... if I ever have kids I will plug in the original Nintendo and the original Zelda
, not allow them to use the internet to look up any guides for the game...... lets see THEM make their way through the Lost Woods as I found my way....... If they pay me 3 dollars a minute I MIGHT read to them how to get this or that..... call it "Dads Nintendo hotline" (Of course I wouldn't keep the money if they had it...... Id just teach them to do it themselves rather than the kids of today...... pay $60 bucks for a game.... something they should ENJOY advancing in.... yet all they want are immediate cheats. Or spend MORE money to unlock things instead of unlocking them by playing.:|

After beating the world of the NES and all..... then... they will have at least earned the right to cheat. :p

Well, I hope you make the right choice, but with exes....... its important to remember they are Exes for a reason.

I'm seeing a little bit of color appearing on the trees already.

That's okay though. I'll miss the warm summer days, but I like fall too. There's something about the feeling of fall compared to summer that I like a tiny bit more, for some reason. :eheh:

Another thing on my mind... I hate it when I lose something that I only use once every couple of months. Like... I'll use it. Put it somewhere that I know FOR SURE I will remember. Then when time goes by and I need it, I'll forget where I put it. This time I really outdid myself.

I some times wish we had snow and these.... sea sons I've heard of.

Making snow zombies looks fun.

I do that ALL the time. So I've started putting things where I know I wont remember. Just so I can be successful at it. :D

That looks like a pretty intense scene. :ahah: Aww, poor little snowmen. D:

Good idea. :idea1: Maybe that would actually work. It's like.. Reverse psychology. When I need it, I'd be like... I wonder where I put it? Oh yeahh, that's right. I taped it to the back of the refrigerator. :ahah:

Id go out there with a nerf gun shooting the snowmen in the head..... and slicing off their heads with my swords...... call it... training for the inevitable coming zombie apocalypse. :p

Yes, exactly... or duct taped to the top of the pantry, behind the flour but under the sugar.

I remember when I went to Bible studies. Despite leaving Christianity, I have some good memories and friends from those times.
Yep. No reason to let lack of belief soil the good things that can come out of religion.

I'm an atheist but I am still facinated of religion. And still see a lot of value and potential in it.
