I don't like it when proper nouns have the article "the" in front of them. Ukraine used to be called The Ukraine. I'm glad people don't say that anymore. There's that city in The Netherlands called The Hague, and there's a city in my state called The Woodlands. Why not just Woodlands? It's like if you had a son and instead of naming him Robert you named him The Robert.

Honestly, I'm losing more and more grasp regarding how my mind works.

I've gotten so emotionally fragile. I can hardly stomach confrontation anymore. Constantly revaluating everything.

You injured your wrist not so long ago,

having a throbbing pain can have consequences on one mentaly.

This came to me not by a "just happened"

but in real life.

I slipped this morning and though falling heavily hitting the doorstep with my hip,

have come out of the ordeal with a sprained wrist.

So guess who now is also wearing a bandage.

Hope you are feeling better today.

I bet a lot of people are reevaluating things all the time. Stuff happens in the world that we didn't expect or that we hoped wouldn't occur. We might wonder what world we're in if it's not the one we thought we were in or that we wanted to be in. Change can be frightening. For me, it helps to realize my emotions are natural in the circumstance. If I'm feeling worn down because of all the chaos that's not because I'm somehow flawed. A huge percentage of people are feeling similar.
