Monday morning and the beginning of the long summer school holidays. And well and truly heading at speed towards Christmas.

Finally got our first major snowfall of the season. I heard parts of Minneapolis received 22 inches of snow. Where I live was a little less. For some reason I am not stressing out about the snowfall like I have done in previous years.

The glassed in bus shelter has been vandalized.

So many cars on the road mostly with only person, the driver.

Thinking of trying a coffee cup instead of a mug,

coffee tastes better when hot, a mug allows the coffee to cool

before it can be drank, tasting like lukewarm.....well anything but coffee.

I won some air pods today. Would never buy an Apple product myself... but they look nice and apparently work for non-apple devices as long as it takes Bluetooth. The charging time is impressive, and I like the case that lets you charge them on the go. Regardless... I was needing to get some non-bone conductive Bluetooth headphones, and these should be more than competent.

I won some air pods today. Would never buy an Apple product myself... but they look nice and apparently work for non-apple devices as long as it takes Bluetooth. The charging time is impressive, and I like the case that lets you charge them on the go. Regardless... I was needing to get some non-bone conductive Bluetooth headphones, and these should be more than competent.

Thus far... this product is way overrated. also, when you wear them, it looks like you are wearing earrings, and this scares my cis white male conservative self. The sound is at least as good as my 20-dollar pair of Sony headphones. Honestly, I am just glad I got it to work. Does its job, I don't know why they're so popular though. Or maybe they're actually not and the marketing media just wants me to think they are... lol.. whatever. They meet my Bluetooth wireless headphone needs.

I'm trying to choose a month's worth of hymns for all the services during January. (Because - hooray - I do believe everything is ready for Christmas!) And trying not to be disappointed that the government has mandated us all back into masks from tomorrow. I was looking forward to a mask-free Christmas... (although I see the reasons why and don't take issue with it, it's still disappointing).
