I've been feeling the same way. Lately, I've been struggling with levels of anxiety and depression that I haven't dealt with before. It scares me, but I believe that God is helping me through it. Maybe I need to try some new hobbies so that I have something to work on and look forward to when I'm not working.
One thing that gives me hope is that Jesus will come back soon. I find this reassuring because it means that this world is not our home, and a perfect life is awaiting us on the other side. It's hard waiting for that day, but I'm trusting God to give me the strength I need to get through each day.

Tired, very tired! I have a lot anxiety and wake up multiple times every night with anxiety attacks. Praying really helps at night, it takes an effort to get out of the attack, usually I'm in a panic thinking "Jesus, Jesus, Jesus...!" and then can get my mind to memorised prayers and then more open praying. Christian affirmations or the Jesus Prayer enable me to get back to sleep usually. My depression's been less bad this week so I'm trying to enjoy being vaguely 'normal'.

Dear Brother - It is so good to hear from you. You've been in my prayers as I was concerned when you hadn't posted in some time. Jeshu is no longer on CF as he was banned for allegedly breaking a CF rule?? I've been in contact with him and he is doing well - but he is so missed here. CF is not the same without his compassion, insight and faith. I rarely post now but just checked when I saw your message. Please let us know how you're doing - and know that you are loved by fellow Christians and that we know God is watching over you. Stay strong and I'll keep you in prayers. Many blessings to you - He is all powerful and will see you through.

Just by saying "Help me Jesus" will get you through the most horrendous bouts of anxiety. It does work - I've had anxiety all my long life and found that trust in Him is that simple. He doesn't always take anxiety away, but He gives you the strength and foresight to carry on no matter what is happening. May God bless you and give you courage to push forward. We can enjoy life even with anxiety and depression - all we need is His grace - it's true. Believe!

I know how you feel Mia. In this year I have been experiencing levels of anxiety, fear, and depression that I've never felt before. But I continue to put my hope and trust in Jesus every day. My belief is that Jesus will return very soon and take his church to be with him in heaven. Keep looking up dear sister, for our redemption draws near.

Dear brother hang on to Jesus with all you got, He will certainly keep you! Jeshu thinks is going to get rough around this globe soon. The wicked are fighting to retain their unholy place and take global charge through their puppets down here. I'm so glad Jesus is victorious and has them all earmarked for destruction, but we are going to need to learn to trust Jesus to get us through in one piece.

I heard your president is ill? I pray Jesus he will heal completely, first spiritually, and then physically, to God's glory, instead of mere human philosophy as it is now.

Devil has nothing on you, Lady Bug. Only useless suggestions. Same for everyone else. Do you think "declaring" something gives you relief, as if you'll get a closure of some kind if you just decide something? We simply don't need to know the future when it comes to these things, we can just live one day at a time and let God handle the things He only fully knows and understands. We have this need to be more in control, because it makes us feel more secure especially in many practical things, but in our efforts to be in control we often make the opposite happen, and our minds start revolving around our fears, endlessly. I know it's easy to say but I do think it's true. I also know you are very prone to worry, and I don't mean to be condescending.

But my heart is crying. Is there hope for me if i would live without fear?

We already know, from life experience and the Word, that the world will go to shambles. But, we also know from history that it has been that way for a long time now, and the amount of horrors the world has seen already is insane. Best to lay it all to Christ, give it to Him, and just focus on whatever we're doing this day. Perhaps you can make another brother or sister, or even a stranger, happy and comforted in some way (if you have anything to spare, you can donate to these people who are suffering from the war), and you can participate in that comfort and happiness that way instead of just fearing that you will never get to know happiness again yourself. Let tomorrow worry about itself, none of it goes unnoticed by God. He knows we are but dust in front of Him, and not even a single sparrow can fall without Him knowing. I think there's comfort in that, trusting that God is God and all-knowing, when our hearts get fearful and full of anxiety. In this world we will have trouble, but Christ has overcome the world.
