Yes, it is quietbloke's favourite brew. Yorkshire tea seems good with hard water...we use it at our log cabin in Wales but not here at home where the water is very soft. Our water comes from the Lake district.

Our water doesn't flow through lime stone, it perculates through non porous rock and tastes so good.
that is so interesting, the minerals could be water soluble...That is good to know.....some people here in the states have well water...it has minerals in it and is considered "hard" water.....
