It's your opinion about what is written.

Regardless about what you say about what is written in the Bible, your particular interpretation of those words is your own personal opinion of them and the resultant beliefs you may hold.

Now, if you wanted to convince others that your personal opinion of the Bible is factually correct, then you would need to do so via corroborative evidence. But that's a topic for another thread, I imagine.

The Bible is God's Word that he worked through man to write. It is infallible and is true in every way. Just because it was written by man does not mean it is incorrect or false.

Becuase it goes completely against the Bible. I will not accept "scientists" telling people that they come from apes and more primitive creatures, among other things. I see it as another tool used by satan to deceive people.

Are you equally upset about the fact we are also mammals, vertebrae, etc.? Or do you just deny that we are primates because for some reason you think that is insulting to humans?

It's also used as a tool for medical and agricultural research. I guess it's multi-functional like that.

I know more about my kidneys than my doctor. In fact he ignores my questions about them. I guess he's embarrassed.

Because of the fact that it is never written anywhere in the Bible that man evolved from primitive creatures, nor was anything else a result of evolution, but it was God who created everything.

Dishwashers, telecommunication, airplanes, plate tectonics and tomatoes are never written anywhere in the Bible either. Yet they just as real as evolution.

Also science isn't about authority. It matters not what Dr. X has to say, but what evidence Dr X produces. It's also not about belief, but that evidence (and no, we don't all "interpret" the same evidence).
