In the OAN interview, Victor Shokin in his own words stated after "Burisma" assets were seized, Joe Biden was the reason he was fired, as He also was investigating Hunter Biden for criminal money laundering

Then Ukranian president Poroshenko told Shokin that the Burisma investigation is why Joe Biden wouldn't release the much needed ($1 Billion) US dollars in loan guarantees to Ukraine, Shokin was fired after this

As Poroshenko stated in the New York Post clip below, no investigation for corruption was taking place on Shokin, nor were there any claims of Shokin doing anything wrong, and Biden actively took place in Shokins firing using the (1 $Billion) in loan guarantees as a quid pro quo in criminal "Extortion"

Shokin is lying. The story is a lie still.

It’s Not Joe Biden Who Corrupted Ukraine. It’s Donald Trump...
Let’s go over some old facts one more time. Clip this out, magnet it up to your fridge, keep it there for Thanksgiving, make Uncle Roy read it. We’ll do this in quasi-catechism form, with three questions.....
Question 1. Why did Joe Biden fire Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin?
Real-Earth known facts: Biden was sent to Kyiv to order that Shokin be fired for his failure to launch aggressive corruption investigations—including into Burisma.
....But Shokin too proved lax in pursuing such cases. Ukraine was a pretty corrupt place, and apparently no one would take on the oligarchs. This hardened group included Mykola Zlochevsky, the head of Burisma. According to this report, Ukrainian anti-corruption crusaders were pushing for Shokin to probe Zlochevsky and Burisma; the British government had requested information from Shokin’s office as part of an investigation into alleged money-laundering by Zlochevsky. Shokin, according to anti-corruption activists, ignored the U.K. request and dragged his feet generally......
In other words: Burisma (and Zlochevsky) was one of several fronts on which Shokin was failing to act. Daria Kaleniuk, executive director of the Kyiv-based Anti-Corruption Action Center, was quoted as saying: “Ironically, Joe Biden asked Shokin to leave because the prosecutor failed [to pursue] the Burisma investigation, not because Shokin was tough and active with this case.”
Furthermore, it was this failure to act, not solely on Burisma but more broadly, that convinced the Obama administration, the EU, the World Bank, and the International Monetary Fund that Shokin had to go. Biden demanded Shokin’s firing on a trip to Kyiv in December 2015. Two months later, IMF head Christine Lagarde threatened to withhold $40 billion in aid unless Ukraine took strong steps to fight corruption. Shokin was finally fired the next month.
Question 2. Aren’t there still a lot of unanswered questions about Biden’s role?
Real-Earth known facts: It has been investigated. By Republicans. Twice! They turned up nothing.
One investigation was undertaken by Scott Brady, the U.S. attorney for western Pennsylvania, appointed by Trump. When the FBI first got wind of the bribery allegations in 2020, Attorney General Bill Barr appointed Brady to poke around. He interviewed Rudy Giuliani, who was busy spreading these rumors, for several hours once. But whatever Brady did or didn’t do did not end up amounting to much. He closed up his investigation without so much as issuing a report.
The other investigation was conducted by Senate Republicans. It was a joint production of the Senate Finance and Homeland Security committees, chaired, respectively, by Grassley and Ron Johnson. The report found nothing. Oh, they padded it out to 87 pages with a lot of tissuey suggestions about possible appearances of conflict and such, but they found no evidence of anything involving Joe Biden.......Oh, yeah—this report was released in September 2020. Right before the election. If they’d found something politically useful, don’t you think we’d have heard about it nonstop in the closing weeks of the election? But we didn’t, because they didn’t.
Question 3. I seem to recall that Trump got impeached over Ukraine. Does all this have anything to do with that?
Real-Earth known facts: Yes! It’s directly tied, because Trump wanted Ukraine to drum up some phony allegations about Biden. So it is Trump and only Trump who tried to corruptly influence Ukraine......Before America got to know Volodymyr Zelenskiy as the courageous Putin resister, they knew him as the guy on the other end of the phone line in July 2019, whom Trump tried to blackmail to find dirt on Biden. He was indirect about it; he spoke the way a mob boss speaks, as he always does, you know, Nice little country ya got dere, be a shame if anything should happen to it.

Shokin’s year atop the prosecutor’s office was for a long time remembered simply as the time of the “diamond prosecutors”.
All that changed with the intervention of Donald Trump. The American president's description of Shokin as “that very good” prosecutor, quoted during his now-infamous 25 July call with President Volodymyr Zelensky, certainly surprised most Ukrainians. For the former prosecutor, it was a chance to rehabilitate himself.
The wild conspiracy theory on which Trump based his assertion – that Joe Biden had Shokin removed to stop him investigating wrongdoing in his son’s gas company – has already been widely debunked........
Put simply, the chronology doesn’t work – the investigation into Burisma, where Hunter worked, was dormant by the time Shokin was pushed out. It would also represent a major historical anomaly. During Shokin’s 13 months in office, not one major figure was convicted. No oligarch. No politician. No ranking bureaucrat. It would appear unlikely he was in the middle of breaking the habit with the Bidens.

1. Shokin's former deputy, Vitaliy Kasko, said the investigation into Burisma and company owner Mykola Zlochevsky was inactive at the time of Joe Biden's pressure in late 2015 and early 2016. A leading Ukrainian anti-corruption activist said the same.
"Shokin was not investigating. He didn't want to investigate Burisma," Daria Kaleniuk, executive director of Ukraine's Anti-Corruption Action Center, told The Washington Post for a July article. "And Shokin was fired not because he wanted to do that investigation, but quite to the contrary, because he failed that investigation."
2. Shokin was widely seen -- by Ukrainian activists, US diplomats, European governments and the International Monetary Fund -- as ineffective or corrupt. In a speech in 2015, Geoffrey Pyatt, then the US ambassador to Ukraine, castigated Shokin's office for impeding the investigation of Burisma's owner Zlochevsky. Pyatt called for people in Shokin's office to be fired, "at minimum."

I disagree with the claims presented, in Shokins own words Biden had him fired for investigating "Burisma" and his son Hunter

As the phone recording between Biden and Ukranian President Poreshenko shows, Shokin had no charges or investigation upon himself, nor had he done anything wrong, as Poroshenko defended him directly in the call

Shokin was fired directly related to Joe Biden, in a (Quid Pro Quo) for the $Billion$ loan guarantee, it's that simple

Joe Biden (Quid Pro Quo): If the prosecutor isn't fired you don't get the $Billion$ Criminal Extortion

Yes, because a man fired for being corrupt and dishonest won't possibly lie to make himself look better.

I had quotes from the people involved about Shokin. When Shokin was fired, only 3.5% of the population supported him. .

Yes, Shokin being fired was directly related to Joe Biden bt it was not quid pro quo to Biden personally. He was fired because he was not investigating ANY corruption at all, and the EU, IMF, US and others balked at doing business with Ukraine with that corruption. Not a single case was brought to trial or indicted at all.
A previous leader of Ukraine was Putin friendly and copied the corruption practices of a Putin led Russia.

Shokin was NOT fired because of Hunter Biden, despite his lies about that. Joe Biden was representing the views of the Obama administration, the EU, the World Bank, the IMF (represents 190 countries) and many in Ukraine itself.

You conveniently gave disregard to the taped conversation between Biden and Ukranian president Poroshenko "Why"?

Shokin was investigating Burisma and Hunter Biden, Ukrainian president Poroshenko openly stated Shokin did absolutely nothing wrong, as he came to his defense?

Conclusion: You aren't going to change the words of Poroshenko, Shokin was innocent of the claims you present, just as Poroshenko stated in the recorded conversation

Play the recorded conversation of Biden and Poroshenko over and over again, it's not going to change, Shokin was innocent of the claims you present

Note that the video description says that the clips were edited, meaning that potential contextualizing discussion has been removed. I'd be far more interested in the full transcript - who knows what was removed or shuffled around or even falsified in ways that might change the meaning? Whenever edited material is presented as evidence of something, the source of the material becomes highly relevant. In this case, it was Andriy Derkach: money launderer and Russian spy. Not exactly a reliable source.

No, it was not quid pro quo for Biden personally.

1. Shokin was NOT investigating Burisma which is one of the reasons the Obama administration, the EU, the IMF, and the World Bank and Ukrainian activists wanted Shokin fired.

2. Hunter was not under investigation. The behavior that caused the need for an investigation for corruption occurred before Hunter was hired.

3. The terms of the agreement ( can't think of the right term) is Ukraine gets the $1 billion and the US, IMR, EU, the World Bank and Ukrainian activists get what they want - Shokin fired. Biden gained nothing personally except some bragging rights.

4. Poroshenko was not re-elected because of the corruption problem and at one point, there was an investigation for treason. In one of Shokin's interviews, he said Poroshenko had asked him to walk back the investigation of Burisma in consideration of the company.

Shokin did pretty much nothing in regards to the investigations that had been started before him. He was 'slow-walking' them. None of them resulted in indictments or court cases. He even failed to prosecute the snipers who killed demonstrators during the Euromaiden revolution.

Conclusion: The accusation Trump made that Hunter Biden was being investigated and that Joe Biden gained anything personally from his actions regarding Shokin is totally false. Trump lied.
