We hope to see you as a part of our community soon and God Bless!

  2. The forums in the Christian Congregations category are now open only to Christian members. Please review our current Faith Groups list for information on which faith groups are considered to be Christian faiths. Christian members please remember to read the Statement of Purpose threads for each forum within Christian Congregations before posting in the forum.
  3. Please note there is a new rule regarding the posting of videos. It reads, "Post a summary of the videos you post . An exception can be made for music videos.". Unless you are simply sharing music, please post a summary, or the gist, of the video you wish to share.
  4. There have been some changes in the Life Stages section involving the following forums: Roaring 20s, Terrific Thirties, Fabulous Forties, and Golden Eagles. They are changed to Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, and Golden Eagles will have a slight change.
  5. CF Staff, Angels and Ambassadors; ask that you join us in praying for the world in this difficult time, asking our Holy Father to stop the spread of the virus, and for healing of all affected.
  6. We are no longer allowing posts or threads that deny the existence of Covid-19. Members have lost loved ones to this virus and are grieving. As a Christian site, we do not need to add to the pain of the loss by allowing posts that deny the existence of the virus that killed their loved one. Future post denying the Covid-19 existence, calling it a hoax, will be addressed via the warning system.

    Let's see...
He says he doesn't need to ask forgiveness from God.
He's a serial adulterer who betrayed one wife after another.
He boasts about getting away with sexual assault.
He lies incessantly, even when there's really nothing it could do for him.
He pays off porn stars to keep quiet about his sexual behavior with them.
He cut off the medical insurance to a nephew who badly needed medical care, because he wanted to get at the kid's parents.

If you think that conduct, morality, and ways are consistent with Christianity, we've found the problem.

Biden is as he pursues US paying for abortions in this country and other nations plus other activities that are against Scripture. Pushing the socialist agenda which is against Christianity..

You have a point there. The antichrist of Scripture certainly is NOT a being who isn't intent upon working against the Christ, so this lets Trump out of consideration and invites the debate here to be just one more exercise in bad taste. Meanwhile, we may expect the real antichrist to pervert the values of Christianity, so that lets Trump, who did much to protect the churches, out of consideration again.

The Anti-Christ sits at the head of every table. He takes over the world. He does miracles. Trump is not the Anti-Christ. As for the mark of the beast...one you have to know what it is and then willingly take it, because a just god would not damn someone for simply being ignorant. What I see in your topic is just on the edge of conspiracy theory. Everyone loves finding end of the world scenarios but the most important part of it is Jesus said and people keep forgetting this...only the father knows the end. There're are supernatural signs that the end times are here and none of those signs have happened. The wars diseases and natural disasters are no different now that 1000 years ago. The only difference is technology has come so far we know when every disaster happens. And honestly the world is better...we have either cured or gotten under control the majority of illnesses. A few hundred years ago you were old if you made it to 50. Today people live to there hundreds. Everyone focuses on the negative and ignores the good.

Right, but it’s the false prophet, not the antichrist who is supposed to do miracles

And possibly great signs rather than miracles. Also, you talk about present, but those events will happen in future, it’s too early now. He will be a world leader later when there is a chaos, war, famine, billions of people dead. Many other leaders will be gone. He is not possessed at the moment, he’s just an ordinary man, but later on very likely devil will give him some supernatural powers.

Christianity began as a socialist church so why is it against Christianity?

How come that old myth has such staying power? We even discussed the subject at length right here on CF not long ago.

I would say Jesus was a liberal...and some of his teachings would qualify as Socialist. You need a little socialism. What I find amusing is people talk about socialism and communism and Liberalism without really understanding what they mean. You need a little bit of conservatism mixed in with some socialism, communism and liberalism. None of these things are bad but none of them are good for you in to large a dose.

I'd be interested in the location of that thread, if you have it at hand.

There was a time when becoming a Christian required the repentance from sin and seeking God's forgiveness - apparently some of us didn't receive the memo that the Almighty has "waived" that requirement!

Trump's relationship with God is between him and the Almighty; it ain't my job to judge him one way or the other.

We'll add it to the list of the hundred other Bible-based beliefs that people who consider themselves Christians and are church members in good standing have "waived."
